Professional Staff, Greeted w/Smile, Check-In was Prompt, Comfortable Bed w/ plenty of accessories.

I checked the website first to see if rooms were available. I went inside around 4: 40 pm and asked if they had any rooms today (July 6,2021). The young man said no. I stated that the website is stating that you do. He then says they are not clean yet. I left and then I called. The young man who answered said that they have rooms available. I smell a liar.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Wonderful resturant serving wonderful breakfast buffet and menu choices with a delicious choice of dinner/lunch. Definitely b back.

For the price there charging it could be better. Beds are hard, Most of the fitness machines don't work or not working properly. There is no free breakfast.

The room was good, liked that there was a restaurant and bar on premises. Only bad part was highway noise from I 81 and the air conditioner in room 451 was sooo loud you couldn't hear the tv in the room at night. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It has been months since our family has been out and my kids even seen a pool! At arrival, Devon and Kayla made our welcome special and greeted out group of six with great courtesy. Max even allowed us to stay 15 minutes more in the pool as we barely made it before it closed.as a business traveler, and being with my family actions like those make a world of difference! I am glad to va an IHG member!

I was disappointed in our room. We reserved 3 rooms, 2 king beds, 1 room with 2 queen size beds. When we got there, the Kingsford rooms were ready but the third room was with two full beds. We specifically asked for queen. Had we been told there were no Queens in the hotel we would have gone elsewhere. 6` 5" people do not fit in full sized. You need to check. The box springs are well worn and sag.
We had dinner in the restaurant. Some of our party of 7 enjoyed the buffet, 3 of us ordered from the menu. Menu food arrived after a 30 minutes wait. Not a pleasant experience. We will not be returning to your establishment. Reservation was under Lowell Price. Room 247 was. Ralph Knight, 248 L. Price, 249 Ryan Knight.

Great room. Great rate. Clean and comfortable. 10 times better than the holiday inn down the road a bit

Large and spacious for a party or reception. Great pool area. Rooms were uncomfortable. Couldn't control the temperature and the beds were older and had no support.

Really wish I could have left a better rating. This hotel has so much potential! Booked this hotel for a surprise winter getaway for my children. Booked a room close to the pool, but to my disappointment, I was notified at check-in, that the pool was closed for renovations. Upon arriving to our room, there were signs that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a hand print smear on the headboard, that clearly should have been wiped down prior to a guest arriving. Additionally, there was a loud dripping sound coming from some sort of condenser located in the ceiling vent that lasted all night. Finally, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I'm sure with a little more attention to these minor issues, future guest will enjoy a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The management of this hotel knows what they are doing.

The hotel front lobby area was huge. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very personable and may are stay feel welcomed. The room was updated and was very clean. We had no issues with our stay and would stay again!

Older looking on outside. But inside is surprisingly updated and nice. The 3 stars is because the indoor pool area rules are not enforced. 2 nights in a row there were 10 plus little kids running around while parents sat and drank beer. Letting the 2 year and younger kids in the hot tub. Made it miserable for others there.

The room has no refrigerator or microwave. The front desk told me to come down to the lobby to use a microwave if I need to. Even cheap motels come with these basic things

It was bad.the pillows I wanted never came and the bed was just so uncomfortable. Will not return

Not a bad place to stay. The hotel is a little out dated and could use a remodel. The pools, hot tub and fittness center were very nice. The staff has a little trouble programming the room keys, if you staying more than one day make a plan to visit the front desk on a daily basis. Most of the staff were friendly, some not so much. I stay for convenience in and out of Harrisburg. I would stay here again in the future for the amenities.

The staff were all very nice. The suite (two-level with a circular stairway) was fantastic! My only hesitation was the fact that there are clearly some issues with the infrastructure. The upstairs toilet ran, there seemed to be a leak in the mini-fridge, and it was obvious from marks on the walls and ceiling that there were issues with leaking plumbing. If those are fixed this would be a fine place to stay.

Nice place, clean. Need to be able to turn AC down below 65, locked at that temp, won't allow lower.

Although an older hotel, it was great. Huge actually. Everything was nice and clean. Very accommodating to our hockey team. The biggest surprise was the only site restaurant. The food was great from breakfast to dinner. The only drawback is they are closed on Sunday and between 2-5 every day. I look forward to returning next year.

Decent place and service but a lot of the outlets in the room didn't work and the shower and toilet were a bit dirty.
