Holiday Inn & Suites Philadelphia W - Drexel Hill, an IHG Hotel

Very clean and comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food for both breakfast and dinner was high quality. Would stay here again.

Always a great place to stay at! All the are so welcoming and accommodating for whatever your needs are.

On another note, you may want maintenance to have a PM plan for checking the refrigerators, hairdryer, etc. During my stay, my refrigerator was all iced up and was not keeping anything cold, and the hairdryer wasn't working properly that could possibly cause an accident. Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. The staff was exstremly friendly. Lai at the front desk was so nice, greeted us with a smile. Highly recommend this place.

The past 2 stays including a most recent April 2023 is such a turn-around!
Staff is wonderful and the rooms are very clean. Food is very good too!

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and chose it due to location however it will be my last.
Cleaning was poor at best when they did come. Stated they could not clean & turn down because the privacy placard on door though i removed it every morning when leaving at 9: 30a.and even stopped by the front desk when leaving to ask that they please clean while im out. Get back at 6p and wasnt clean. Stmt from staff is they are there cleaning before my morning departure. Really.what if u check out at 11a? You're saying they dont come back to clean for next guest.right.
When finally was cleaned the bathroom floor was still very dirty. Front desk lady was terribly UNCONCERNED about my experlence! (stay from feb 18th - 22nd)

One of my favorite IHG hotels. The staff are very friendly and willing to do everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and so is the inside. It has a very nice bar and the restaurant was convenient and pretty good.

The room was very clean and quiet. But, I rate rooms on comfort and quality of sheets-so I give this hotel a 10. We stayed 4 nights and slept really good.

The location is a little out of the way and hard to find but once you find it they have plenty of parking the wait staff is friendly and on top of everything the drinks are good and the food is also good prices are a little up there but for what it is it is a Holiday Inn so you do expect to pay a little more the place is beautiful it does have an outside deck that you can eat on I would recommend this for any type of date or some special occasion not just a regular everyday drop by and eat dinner

Great location in front of the stadium, I went there for the weekend to see the Colts and Saints game and it was great for tailgating and parking purposes.

I was surprised to smell marijuana being smoked in the hotel. I thought it would be nonsmoking but perhaps that doesn’t apply to marijuana? !?

This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn. We travel often and usually stay at Hiltons or Marriott properties. Let me tell you this place was far better than anywhere we have stayed! Rooms were ultra clean, beds were super comfy, and staff was always available and friendly. A nice touch was the pillows were embroidered with soft or hard so you knew what was what. The lobby has a few nice areas to relax in and also there is a nice outdoor fireplace and bar. We stayed four nights and every single morning the floors were mopped in the lobby. Despite all the music and bar noise in the lobby, the room was super quiet at night. We had a block of 6 rooms and everyone agrees that this is a NICE hotel. If I could give more stars I would

This hotel is very clean and modern with unique furniture and a beautifully designed bathroom. I would definitely come back again if I'm in the area!

The management has no clue how to run this establishment. We only went for a night out at Streetlights to have something to eat and drinks while listening to our favorite DJ.
We were hoping it would have been better run than our trips there last year, but it was worse. We are locals so I can't comment on the hotel itself.
The place is beautiful but there is no service or staff that even knows what they are doing. No hostess, no servers, you have to go inside to the bar and get your own drinks and then because you are seated on the patio outside they will only give you plastic cups. Same with your food order. You have to go inside to the bar and order. Ridiculous.

I can't get enough of this place, every time I visit the city of Philadelphia I book a room here. The rooms are clean comfortable, service is always good and it's located in a very good and nestled area which that alone keeps me coming back. I only hope that they will keep the bar and kitchen are open longer and their outside patio area is top notch.

Brian at the front desk made our check in smooth and easy, even past midnight. Wonderful stay here. Give Brian a raise.

They were reluctant to give us 2 keys no help trying to get them to work at the pool and the evening receptionist lied and said their printer didn't work morning staff was awesome!

I was very pleasantly surprised with this location. The room was large and easy to get around. The bed was super soft, almost to the uncomfortable point, but I was able to get used to it and slept very well. I ate dinner at the bar and had breakfast at the restaurant. Both meals were good. However, the servers in BOTH were not. They both seemed more interested in laughing and joking with their co-workers than taking care of their customers. Once I got their attention, they handled the issues. The check-in was excellent, as was checkout. Note that this hotel is behind another property and may be an issue for ride share drivers to locate. My driver found me, but a group waiting with me had to cancel their ride as their driver could not locate them. I definitely would stay here again!
