I really appreciate how Dr. Sapossnek took her time with the various tests and how she explained everything. She and her staff were very thorough and kind. Her office is quite a distance from me but worth the drive!

I have had double vision symptoms for years, and have been prescribed prisms but had no overall, real improvement.
Dr. Sapossnek helped me with training to improve my eyes as well as to understand why the double vision was happening. I finally have some real improvement! Dr. Sapossnek truly seems to understand complex eye issues and real methods to improve them.

Dr Sapossnek is extremely talented in this area of Neuro optometry. I came in with tunnel vision and symptoms from multiple concussions: her color therapy and vision therapy has increased my field of vision to normal and is decreasing the post concussion symptoms as well.
Her careful assessment for the correct lens prescription made a huge difference, for example when I walked with my current glasses I had balance issues and was falling to the left, when I put on her prescription glasses I could walk without any balance problems.
I highly recommend her brilliant expertise.

I'm only two months into a six-month course and I have already seen marked improvements. My up-close issues have totally resolved and I'm making great strides on my distance problems. Dr S is a wonder, patient, kind, knowledgeable practitioner (and she has a great sense of humor!) I was flippantly told by opthos that VT was a waste of time, but this has left me with so much confidence in the methodology.

While they don't accept insurance, the office manager is very helpful in guiding you how to produce out-of-network claims to your insurance.

For Philly people, the Rydal station on the West Trenton Line is located across the street form the shopping center. It's a very easy 45 minute ride.

Can't recommend more!

Dr. Robin is compassionate and thorough. She is thoughtful and looks at the WHOLE person, not just your eye sight. If you have concussions and chronic illness, she helps give resources and refers other supports to make sure all of your head, neck, and concussion issues are supported. She has a team approach and ways to problem-solve, and integrates the parasympathetic nervous system that is greatly impacted by head injuries.

I woke up at Thanksgiving 2020 with a sudden difficulty with reading. After seeing multiple physicians, I finally received a diagnosis that indicated increased pressure on the nerves controlling my eyes. I was finding some assistance with vision rehabilitation to regain my oculomotor control and deal with visual snow, but I had gone home to Texas out of desperation for help. When I came back to the Philly area, I knew I needed someone here to continue the work.

Dr. Sapossnek has been a blessing in my journey to healing and restoring my vision. It turns out my problems had been going on for years ever since a series of concussions; I just didn’t realize anything was abnormal. Since seeing her, my reading speed and accuracy has improved; I don’t run into walls anymore; I stopped flipping numbers around; I notice my students’ raising their hands in class; I can look around without getting dizzy; the brain fog has lifted; and I don’t get so overwhelmed in the grocery store. It feels like my brain has come back alive and I don’t need to focus so hard on my vision to make it through the day.

The word “holistic” in her practice name is very apt. Dr. Sapossnek is very thorough and works hard to see things from all angles. I am complicated but that did not scare her. If anything, she was more than willing to try different things to see what would help, even if my eyes’ reactions went in the opposite direction of her theory. I appreciate her taking the time to really examine the issue, acknowledge my lack of fitting neatly in a box, and embracing the quirks of my body and condition. She is also very positive. Despite all of this going on, she approaches it as a challenge to be solved. That approach helped me not feel as frustrated and also feel like I was being seen for what I was dealing with and what I wanted to do. She also has a great network of supporting professionals; she knows it’s more than just our eyes.

I have only known her for a two months and already my life is drastically improved. If
anything in my story reminds you of yourself, contact Holistic Vision.

My husband had a very special case and Dr. Sapossnek was able to assist us. We thought he needed glasses, but she gave us a solution that we would never had looked into if we did not visit her office. We never felt rushed and she answered all the questions we had!

I found Dr. Sapossnek's office staff to be polite and friendly.
Dr. Sapossnek is professional, and puts you at ease. She explains things clearly and in a calm manner. I was worried before my appointment but I left feeling good knowing I have found a great optometrist!

"Holistic" Vision couldn't be better named.

Dr. Sapossnek and her care team are superior.
My elderly father had a stroke and has a complicated cognitive and visual outcome. He has been demoralized with his new limitations. It has been difficult finding a doctor throughout this process.
My father was handled with dignity and patience from the moment he entered their office.

Dr. Sapossnek was comprehensive in her examination. She treated him with kindness, patience, compassion and understanding when answering his questions. And she was clear and honest in her explanations of her assessments of his condition, while still being hopeful. My father now has a better outlook on his visual limitations. I thank Dr. Sapossnek and her team for that.

My now 17 year old started seeing Dr. Sapossnek for a "holistic approach" involving eye exercises. She takes her time. She refers back in the chart to look at changes over the years (in my daughters situation there has been improvement and her prescriptions has gotten weaker). She knows her patients. She connects the vision to other life changes. She provides solutions. She is what a medical professional should be.
