Hollidaysburg Manor

I lived here for around 2 Months now and cannot complain maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and management was nice. Although you pay a premium price for rent, you are still required to pay for a pool pass which I find a little ridiculous.

Unit was in bad shape when I moved in. Everything was in various stages of falling apart, from the carpet to the appliances. You will be treated like inmates, with passive aggressive notices from management every once and a while. Very bad soundproofing between units, like overhearing conversations bad. Way too expensive for what you actually get.

The girls in management are evil and the place is poorly run.maintenance is a joke. Moody units.

This is a place you should avoid at all costs. It is severely run down bc no capital expenditures have been made in decades. The two women who manage the complex run it like the Hanoi Hilton. Even requests to fix appliances or get heat and hot water working is ignored and people who ask for repairs are abused by Misty and Meghan. Live in a tent on the golf course if you must live here:

If you’re considering Hollidaysburg Manor as a potential home I HIGHLY suggest you reconsider. The photos are very misleading, you likely won’t receive a unit like you were shown prior to moving in. The manager of the facility, Meghan, is a rude and extremely inconsiderate person. I’ve lived in these apartments for almost a year and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Also, from when I moved in the rent has increased $55 in less than a year. They’re are many other places in Hollidaysburg that I’m sure you could have a better experience with and save money!
