Mike in repairs took care of my PRS acoustic in minutes. These guys really know what they are doing. I left my Gibson Les Paul for a refinish and it turned out better than new. I’m adding photos to this review to show how well they did.

Mike in repairs is the man. He has fixed my Bugera 333XL Infinium amp twice in the last 2 years. I got the flashing red light of death on the standby switch. The tubes wouldn't power up both times. First time it was the preamp tubes and this time it was an internal fuse. If you need any gear fixed and just don't want to deal with doing it yourself, please go here. Lastly, the pricing is super fair on repairs. Thanks again Mike.

I have know Don and Gary Hollowood as consummate pros since the early 70s when they frequently did the sound for my band LAW. Recently, I called on Hollowood Music to provide sound and gear (e.g. A Yamaha Baby Grand, a drum kit, and risers) for a music video shoot at Urban Studio in downtown Pittsburgh. I did in complete confidence and, as always, they amply justified it. Their crew was polite, accommodating, and competent. The all-day shoot went off without a hitch.
