Hollywood Nails & Hair, Newtown PA

I was asked to take my business elsewhere and not to come back because I asked for a different color to be put on my pedicure while in progress (the color in the bottle did not look like the picture). I had been going there for months and this was the first time I had made a request like this. Instead of working with me, I was kicked out.

Rude, rushed and unfriendly. From the way the owner/manager answered the phone to the way he did my manicure to the way he handled my payment and generous tip. Will never go back.

Do not go. Horrible service and smelled like a bathroom when I went. Perhaps they’re having plumbing issues? ! The male manager (owner?) is incredibly rude to staff and clients, and actively told a customer to go elsewhere because she said something about getting burned during her mani.

I have been coming to Hollywood Nails for 10 years and they have never disappointed! They always do a fantastic job. They have a clean salon, offer water and cozy chairs, many colors to choose from, and fair prices. Kevin and his team are the best!
