I had the worst experience with this company! Blaine lacks in the communication department and being on time. "I'm a busy man" he says!

Poorly handled right from the start. We had a claim for April 2017. Had to chase them down to get updates and payments. Our insurance company would not give us any details as we were using a public adjuster. This company never returned calls, it took months. We provided all necessary paperwork and in the end they still owe us money and won't give it to us unless our receipts for the work done add up to a certain amount. The owner was very disrespectful, the whole process was very upsetting.

Do not! Do not! Call this company We had a tree fall on our house and made the mistake of hiring them after our tree guy suggested them We were scammed! They never called you back. The insurance company gave us a check right away on their own. The adjusters did absolutely nothing for 8 months. The air conditioner needed to be replaced. We were without air conditioning well into the summer. The front desk woman Debbie is rude and always angry. Never in my life will I use a public adjuster. They still owe us money to this day. At least a thousand dollars.

Last year we had a devastating fire that destroyed our home. At the time, I didn’t know what to do since I had never been through a situation like this.
