The worse place on earth. Was just dropping a trailer and there we're 70 trucks in front of me.my company pulled me out. Was told by security everyone was ready to walk out

Did a drop trailer at this location, checked back after the 48 to 72 hour minimum. Trailer was checked in by the guard shack as a long lease trailer for JB HUNT (this is not what we agreed to nor was in the contracted load agreement). So in essence they stole the trailer. DRIVER BEWARE, they will take your trailer, give you the run around and you will have to file a police report to hope you can get your trailer returned. Still trying to get the trailer back no thanks to Home Depot or JB Hunt.

Nice place to deliver load Guard shack pretty decent sometimes they're really busy but overall no complaint. I'd never deal inside staff so don't know about noone but all guard shack are very friendly and helpful.

Otr Drivers. Check in at Guard Shack and ask for empty trailer go to assigned spot. Fill out the gate pass and empty trailer. Check out at Guard Shack and verify the trailer is empty with the guard. No empty trailers.

The guards there are the worse type of individuals. Be ware as they try to make fun of you or disrespect you.

When the switcher brought back my unloaded trailer it had about 8 empty pallets in the trailer. They let me back in a door and wait to get pallets out. At least another hour wasted.minimum and counting. SMH

Easy and fast place to do drop and hook as long as everyone does the right thing. But when you get to the receiving window for some reason the care about chatting with each other than getting the drivers in and out. Got there and there was 6 other drivers delivering, it took me over 30 minutes for them to receive me which it took them about 2 minutes to get me out the door.

Supposed to be a easy drop & hook but guard have me assigned the wrong company empty trailer & had to wait 3 hours for the load I brought in to get live unloaded. Luckily the receiving dept was nice enough to push it through & was thankful for that atleast

Don't like to drop load here, they don't even call when trailer is empty and told the driver to inquire after two hrs and then had to find trailer from the yard.wouldn't recommend to unload the load here

Guard waiting for you to check in quickly as possible, then take a little while to get unloaded.

Home depot is fine guards are underpaid and overworked. They took out the double digits workers for single digit guards and expect things to still go well.
