Clean, new hotel. Service was very good. Breakfast was good with omelettes, waffles, cereal, etc. Nice variety!

Very good experience here. The location is under a year old. The rooms are of good size, you have almost a complete kitchen in it, a large TV, a pull shade room dark window shade. It does block out all the light. It also has a pull out couch for sleeping 2 more people. Plus there is a curtain that pulls out to block the view between the two sleeping areas. You don't see that very often. The back door is locked all the time. But you use your room key to get in. They also have free breakfast. No need to go out and spend more money. I would go back again.

This Hotel is very convenient with a gym and pool, I went to the gym and used the dumbbells and peloton. Everything was very clean even the room itself and the staff was excellent even at 1 am. The gym is 24 hours. The rooms itself were great, the couch turned into a bed and the tv had Netflix but you must put your own Netflix. Bathrooms have no lock but if you’re with trusted people you’re fine. The shower was great and had a nice pressure. You must bring your own baby wipes. The snacks are actually quite inexpensive compared to a gas station. I haven’t had a chance to try the breakfast but I will see. Free amenities and etc. This was a great place and I do recommend it for the clean atmosphere and cool things. Also you got a great small kitchen with free coffee and tea. Have a good one, if there is something I haven’t said they probably have it as a hotel.

I stayed here for a trip up to my work. It was an excellent hotel. The room was clean, nice and very up to date. It had a full kitchen minus, only a stove. The bathroom was spacious and nice, as was the shower. The bed was comfortable. Usually, that is my biggest problem in all hotels, but this one was super comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice. A large selection of breakfast foods. From cereal to make your own waffels and pancakes! The staff was very nice and accommodating. This hotel was not built since I had made my last trip to my work. Since I work from home. I am going to be staying here from now on when I have to go to Bethlehem for my work trip!

We loved this hotel. The location is convenient, and even though it is close to the airport, there is no noise issue. The hotel itself is new and everything was very clean. All of the employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed for 5 nights and were very happy that our room was so nice. It was very large and had a kitchen area with a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, sink, microwave, and any and all necessary kitchen equipment. Although we didn't use it, if requested, they will give you an electric hotplate if you choose to actually cook. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of room for all our clothes and personal items to be put away. There was a walk in shower and we were very happy that it had good water pressure. There was a large flat screen TV with lots of cable and regular channel offerings in the sitting area which could be turned to face the beds if we chose to watch TV while in bed. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, a workout room, and even a small laundromat. The breakfast was basically continental with juices, hot and cold cereal, waffles, eggs, and yogurt. My husband said the coffee was good (I don't drink coffee). We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Stopped in for a quick overnight woman working was there both night and day while keeping a smile on her face and being accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, walls a little thin as we could hear our neighbors throughout the night but still a good night's sleep. Quite a few places to eat in the area and a Sheetz location in walking distance. Hotel was for sure what you expect from a Hilton.

This hotel was right off the highway and convenient. They had beautiful fall mums outside, cute fall decorations and delicious waffles! My room was clean and I appreciate the kitchen amenities in the room.

The nicest hotel we have stayed in for this price point in the area. Everything was CLEAN! And FINALLY a hotel with door catches, no slamming doors to wake you up. Slept soundly through the night in the comfy comfy clean bed. Bathroom was spotless. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was pretty packed and we didn’t hear anyone else. Breakfast was clean and organized. Sandwiches were surprisingly tasty. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will stay again.

The room was gorgeous. Had everything we needed. Clean, smelled clean and temperature was easily regulated.

When we went to get breakfast there was a kid coughing all over the spoons for service. He was at the height of the spoons and when we made a comment they just looked and walked away. Not that I'm a germaphobe but that was really disgusting.

Front desk staff was phenomenal.

My only other complaint would be the amount of kids running around the lobby swearing and just being very vulgar and pushing into people and just being very rude. I know that is not something that The hotel themselves can always take care of but it was definitely a big turn away.

Overall a good hotel that feels comfortable and clean but a few negatives that may need to be considered before staying here. First the bathroom doesn't have a lock or at least the room I stayed in so if privacy is a concern this may be an issue. Secondly it would appear that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower do not have a way to lock it, so it would appear anyone can put anything into those dispeners, so I would recommend bringing a travel size conditioner and shampoo to avoid using possibly tainted product.

Brand new hotel, and it's nice, however, upon arrival, no desk clerk, waited for 7 minutes. Several other issues, but I won't go into detail. First and last stay.

I’m giving this a 1-star review because it was far and away the most disappointing experience I’ve had at at Hilton.
I had checked in online the day before for a 3 p.m. Arrival, but when I arrived (at 5 p.m.) they hadn’t started to clean the room from the night before. I waited 1/2 hour, but it still wasn’t ready, so I went for dinner and it was finally ready when I returned at 6: 15.
Also, it was extremely noisy (details below).

The rooms were great and in a location that worked well for us. All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was with the breakfast in the morning it was very minimal basically just waffles and microwaved eggs. I wish there had been some meat (bacon, sausage, etc.) the only meat available was in the microwaved "omelets" and microwaved egg bowls.

Was here for a night to visit dorney park and Crystal Cave. The room was very spacious, breakfast was good, coffee wasn't bad either. They have a nice little gym and indoor pool. For the price I'd definitely stay here again if we're going to be in the area

Nice Hotel, spacious rooms. It was a family trip and rented 4 rooms. Each of the rooms includes small kitchens which are good is traveking wirh kids. The pool was not available, but they were kind enough to let us use pool in another property (like 10 minutes or less driving).

I had the pleasure of staying for one night this weekend. Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk representative Megan. She was very professional explaining EVERY SINGLE detail about the hotel, what was available and what was not. This was prior to me actually checking in. I love this because I still had to option to check in or take my business elsewhere. I am glad I decided to stay. The next morning breakfast was very very very busy but Alyssa was able to control the situation, although she was experiencing some really not nice guests. She updated everyone on the status of their request. At checkout the GM Shawnie was there and I was able to meet a very pleasant front desk representative (although she didn’t have a name tag she was very sweet she offered me an additional key card when she noticed I didn’t have mine!) There is a 24 hours full service gas station (Sheetz) walking distance. Like literally across the street. So you can purchase hot food whenever you desire.

The only negatives that I have is that the toilet tissue holder was sooo far away from the toilet. I am 5’ 9” with very long arms and I could not reach the tissue holder and the flashing green lights while sleeping not comfortable but I have 2 little kiddos so I put my eye mask on and slept like a baby. I would suggest more non pork/meatless options and labels on the food. And to have it separated from the meat options. It’s hard for the employees to stock, prep, if you have 10 different people asking you what you guys are serving every 2-3 minutes. Despite that I had an amazing stay! I have already booked a weekend for my husband and myself. Very excited to see what this hotel has to offer once they get more comfortable. *This is a brand new location they have only been opened for 2 weeks! If you love brand new then this is the place for you! Also the pool is officially open!

Located in a business park / industrial complex near an airport. You do not hear any noise from the airport. This location is newly opened, but does not appear quite ready for business. I arrived after 6 pm, but the app said my room was still being prepared. I went in to the front desk to check and was told she had no way of knowing what rooms were ready and which weren't because housekeeping hadn't provided her with a list yet. She radioed for housekeeping, but got no response so she asked us to step off into the breakfast seating area until she could find out the status of our room. In the meantime another group attempted to check in and were told something similar. Eventually someone else came out from behind and physically went up to each floor to determine which rooms were ready. Thankfully, ours was. At that time we were also told the pool was closed due to troubles with their chemical levels, but if we wanted to swim, we could drive several miles down the road to a Hilton Garden Inn, which seems impractical and inconvenient. The room itself is new so furniture, etc.was in great shape, however the door didn't seem to fit the frame properly. It squeaked and wasn't super easy to open and didn't shut securely when closed unless given an extra push to secure. Our TV didn't work at first, but I found the HDMI cord was unplugged. I also noted that the rolling table in our room had not been cleaned and had a sticky substance on it and the shower floor already had stains. It appears they are short on housekeeping staff because I noticed the next morning a group of what seemed to be housekeeping staff being dropped off from a Hilton Garden Inn bus, so it seems the two hotels are sharing staff for now. The breakfast area is large and spacious. It had more seating than I had seen in the other Home2Suites we have stayed in. Staff was having difficulty keeping the breakfast items stocked and the food variety was considerably less than we have experienced at other Home2Suites. Although I didn't need them, I noticed signs indicating both computers in the lobby for guests to use for business were out of service as well. This hotel has a lot of potential but staff currently seems overwhelmed. It is disappointing to be charged a full rate when all amenities are not yet in place for guests to enjoy.

Home 2 Suites was very welcoming. We stayed in the hotel for a little over a week and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. The general manager was so friendly, the whole experience was incredible. This hotel deserves a 5+ star rating. If your ever in Pennsylvania and your looking for a great hotel with friendly staff and a great experience Home 2 Suites was the place to go. Thank you for making our stay so special
