It is a great hotel, I just wished they would keep all the breakfast items available for the entire allotted time.

Very friendly staff. Cozy rooms and comfortable bed. Close to transit and restaurants. The rooftop, music, and restaurant within the hotel was amazing as well. Would definitely stay again.

Update: 2nd time here and I can definitely say there will be a 3rd and 4th to come. Front desk are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleanband well kept. The price is definitely a huge catch! Can't wait to visit again!

BEAUTIFUL FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE

I am not one to complain and am having a horrible experience in this hotel that I would like to share and then you can be the judge of what to make of it. I'm on vacation with my family and based on last review of this being near Sesame Place is why I booked this hotel. (Sesame Place is actually 30 minutes away, not that close!)

We checked in yesterday night in room 222 which we are currently in until Friday (3 days 4 nights).

Issue 1: When we arrived the comforter had a stain on it (pics attached). We spoke with the person at the front desk who informed me that they don't do housekeeping unless our stay is at least four days and you have to request it. He then gave me a new comforter and told me to put the stained one in the hall in front of the door.

Issue 2: The desk chair has so many stains on it (check out pic below) Other reviewers have mentioned chair stains as well.

Issue 3: The shower head not functioning properly and water is dripping from the bottom when you pull for the shower it doesn't go all the way up (attached) so there isn't full pressure.

Issue 4: When the AC turns on it sounds like there is a loose screw.

Issue 5: The 'continental breakfast' has some variety (sausage and eggs, waffle machine, yogurt, cereal, apples, bananas, small muffin, cinnamon bun) but not tasty as other reviewers have mentioned as well.

Issue 6: We are in a "2 Queen Bed Studio"; the beds are double (Full) beds; not queen beds, which is false advertisement.

For nearly $200 a night total (with tax) its definitely not worth it for me and I wouldn't stay here again!

Maybe its just a bad experience but the person at the front desk who was trying to do what he could to be helpful said if we want clean towels we need to go down and tell him so he can hand them to us and we should throw our dirty towels outside the door. With that said, we need to give them the old dirty towels to get new ones (so we do our own housekeeping). Similarly, we need to throw out the trash and was vague on how we would get new garbage bags. With that said, he did also state: "To be honest, housekeeping hasn't been that good.they don't speak English so maybe there is a miscommunication".

UPDATE: Filled out the form and contacted the company the day after on the link provided and they still didn’t get back to me! This is a crooked company to deal with!

Our room was ok. There is not much service since everything can be done via the app. The breakfast was ok. Overall a cheap and easy choice.

Our hotel stay was amazing! It is fairly close to Sesame Place which is why we stood here. Our stay was as comfortable as though we were home. Hotel was perfect, continental breakfast exceeded my expectations and staff was pleasant. We plan to return again soon.

I love the friendly customer service and the experience of staying here, the quiet time the cleanliness and it's a place I often feel comfortable going to.

So, my husband and I stayed here last night while in town for a concert. The hotel was very nice.pretty much what we expected. Very clean, well taken care of facility. HOWEVER, the young lady at the front desk was a disappointment. We settled into our room after we returned from the show and wanted to make some tea. There was no bottled water so, I called to ask if she could send up some complimentary water that is usually in every room. She went on to say I'd have to go and look for some around the hotel.maybe some in the gym. She went on to say there should've been some in the room. But, there was not. Then, she said well that's not me, that's housekeepings' fault. I said, Ma'am, so now I am supposed to scrounge the hotel and look for water? Yep, she was seriously not interested in helping us. This was unacceptable and she needs to be retrained/reprimanded.

The Rooms were spacious and very clean. Front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly, I can't remember his name but he was there in the afternoon on 6-8-23 around 3pm he was awesome, the digital checking was smooth, enjoyed my stay

I had a very comfortable stay in the 2 queen bed suite at this hotel. We were 5 people the room was spacious and had all amenities for cooking. The bathrooms was good and the beds are comfortable. Even the sofa bed was decent. The hotel offers breakfast which had breads cereals juice coffee etc. It was a good and simple breakfast nothing fancy but filling. The hotel has ample and free parking. Laundry facilities a fitness centre and swimming pool which is heated. The staff are friendly. I was overcharged than the rate that I had booked the room, Mike Evans the GM was helpful in resolving the issue and promptly refunded the excess amount. The location is excellent and safe for walking as there is an amazing Warminster Community Park just outside the hotel which has some nice walking trails and family activities. There is a Costco Walmart and Chipotle just behind and many shopping and eating options within 5-10 mins drive. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from downtown but near shopping areas and a park.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Me and my family we stood for two nights to enjoy our family trip to sesame place even tho it was 33min trip apart but it was worth it! Staff monica and aquinn (sorry if I pronounce the name wrong) both were very kind and pleasant! They made our stay feel like home! Thank you for everything, can’t wait to return again!

My bedsheets were not replaced! It literally smells like sweat that dried and marinated. Check your bedsheets!
