Working with The Homebuyers of Pittsburgh was an absolutely wonderful experience. This company is a finely oiled machine and I can highly recommend them. From start to finish they were honest, professional and transparent. Ryan and Danielle were always quick to respond to any questions I had. And when I say they made the home buying process easy, they took care of EVERYTHING. I am very pleased and will always recommend The Homebuyers of Pittsburgh.

We were moving out of state and didn't want the stress of prepping our home for sale on the open market. HomeBuyers made the process stress-free, which meant a lot to us. Easy process, we left what we didn't want to take with us (including furniture) and we chose the settlement date. I can't thank them (including Danielle) enough.

The process was way different then they had described. They started by offering me one price and when I said I didn’t feel comfortable with it they asked what I would be comfortable with. Once I said my price he stated that he could do that with a partner and he was confident he would get the one. He stated that they would give me weekly updates. I never heard once unless I asked. It also seemed that they were not really trying to get me a partner once I found a new house to buy. There was also a point where they let someone go in to my home with out my permission. I caught her on my ring doorbell and she stated that she was told it was vacant. At one point I did ask if he didn’t get a partner could we meet in the middle. They stated that they could probably do that. In the end I had to take the lower price since I already found a new home. After I took the new price the closing process was also a nightmare. They put the wrong sales price on the closing documents and it just took until 2 days before closing for them to send anything to my new mortgage company. Overall they are nice people but I feel like they took advantage of my situation.

The HBOP team were extremely easy to work with. Lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders knowing I did not have to deal with a realtor, home inspections or upgrading my home to meet code. Chose my closing date and was in and out in less than 15 minutes with check in hand. Thank you to Ryan and Danielle.
