Sarah was the first person I thought of when it was time to start looking for a house. I knew she would do her best to find us a house that worked for us while helping us remain realistic. The market has been really discouraging but she walked us through every step, beginning to end. We had some work we had to do before getting pre-approved and she connected us with the people we needed to talk to in order to fully prepare for house hunting. I never doubted that she had our back and wouldn't let us do anything that would be too risky. I am a very anxious individual and she was able to help ease my fears, concerns, sadness when things didn't go the way we had hoped at first. He promised our house would sell and would constantly try to calm us down, and when the house finally sold we all breathed a sigh of relief. In the end, we sold our home for just under the original asking price and with us having to do nothing on the inside of our home! We truly appreciate the teams care and concern for us during this entire process! Someone else used the word "calm" to describe their feelings during their buying process. We feel the exact same way, but on the other side.
