Being me i didnt listen, they are the rudest company, Dan seems like he only wants to work with you if you already know exactly what house you want. Dan was extremely pushy and tried to get us to jump into the first house we seen and that was a no go for me!
Who knew financing could be such a stressful and stress-free process at the same time. Todd is the phenomenal He is who you want in your corner when you buy a home! He was amazing and made himself available despite my busy schedule. I work 12 13 hours a day and my availability at times was very limited. Todd made things happen and was so very accommodating and professional. I have used other lenders in the past. I even had a team member of the competition pick up the phone and tell me he was on a “date with his wife” and not to contact him at that time in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. I am glad he did, because I fired him and hired Todd. I was so amazed how different lenders could make such a huge difference. Todd and Home sale turned my stress levels around.
