Homestead Family Campground, Green Lane PA

Nice campground. Good people in the office. Wifi was actually pretty good if you're up front. Would stay again.

Haven't stayed and likely will not. I camp out all over the country in my years. At 52, I'm a backpacker, hiker, fisher, kayaker, camper and the price of 50$ a night for a tent is absolutely crazy and absurd. Oh its 45 without electricity or water. Come on seriously. The state of PA campgrounds only charge 20$ a night and have water you can get everywhere for free plus the bathrooms and shower houses are always very clean. So why 50$. If someone is cooking me dinner then I would say its worth it.

Would not even give a 1 star if I could. Only stayed as it was only Campground that had space open for 12 weeks. Imagine why? Charges 300$ more than other places also. Beware

They NEVER answer their phone.numerous attempts. And they NEVER return messages. Does this place even exist?

Beautiful location and extravagant woodland area. Unfortunately there is not sewer hookups available at every lot, nor is there 240v power available at most the lots.
The restroom is unkept most of the time it seems.

The owners are wonderful people and only just bought the park in the last 6 months and i cant wait to see what they accomplish in making it ever the more beautiful and accessible.

We were here for over a month and had a very good experience! Everyone is nice and always ready to help out. I will definitely give them a call when I come back up here and will recommend them to my friends.

My stay so far has been excellent. This campground is quiet and peaceful. The shaded wooded sites are nice and spacious. The new owners are making impressive upgrades to utilities and sites. Maintenance is frequently being done which you often don't see at other places. The campground has quick access to Quakertown and Rt 309 and backs up to a Preserve where you can take a peaceful stroll.

Great relaxing long weekend at Homestead! Owners are very nice and flexible (we had last minute arrival changes.) There are a variety of spots for different size campers and electric/water/sewer options. We have a 35-foot travel trailer and found site 93 to be perfect! There's a huge wooden playground that my daughter loves even at age 11. All the kids are nice and inviting get along really well. There's even an old-school merry-go-round that keeps my daughter occupied for hours! We can't wait to come back!

One the best campgrounds I've stayed. Owners are super friendly and just a relaxing peaceful space. Family just enjoyed the area. Thank you Homestead!
