HORRIBLE! Horrible service, horrible food, all around HORRIBLE! Can’t say enough of how bad it was-food was horrible, waitress was horrible, they charged us for food they never even brought us!

They served me a rotten crab cake with my fried seafood combo. They didn't even take money off until I said something and they only gave me $4 off. The waiter said I was the second one to complain about the crab cake. They didn't even check them for themselves before serving again. Be warned, stay away. We will never go back!

My breakfast was awful my omlette looked gross I had maybe 10 small pieces of homefries it was ice cold my coffee was inside the bag with our food it was all over. My son got pancakes one small chocolate chip pancake one piece of bacon no butter no syrup his was also cold my dad got eggs which again were cold his sauasge was burnt the coffee was half full and cold it was just awful experience and they changed me almost 50.00 for this i would never recommed to anyone never ever I woulnt give it any stars

We stopped there for dinner, we waited for a half hour for our food and that was probably only (worst service I've had ever) because someone came to our table to ask if everything was ok so I told him we were waiting for a half hour for our food (there was only about 10 people in the restaurant and 7 of them were eating at the salad bar), my granddaughter ordered a cesar salad with shrimp, the salad they gave to my granddaughter wasn't even big enough to be a side salad at any restaurant, I had a reubin that was mostly sauerkraut and cheese, my wife had the turkey club which you can't really mess up.would not recommend to anyone.

My food was cold, my bacon hard. They put a slice of cheese over my eggs when I asked for scrambled eggs. Food not great. Waiter look like she didn’t want to be there. I will not be back.

I would agree with a previously written review suggesting negative stars. We entered a relatively empty restaurant around 10: 30 to enjoy the Sunday brunch buffet that USED to be quite good. After being seated we waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to come take our beverage order. Three waitresses were sitting at a table talking while we waited. The food reminds me of the disgusting hot dogs that 7-11 had just sitting on the grill for hours. Eggs were gross. Please don't do the buffet. Sixty five bucks for the four of us. Would definitely have enjoyed MacDonalds to the Hometown experience.

Wonderful place, clean and friendly, spacious. Staff very welcoming, do not rush you out when you finish the meal. Will go back.

They over fry everything. Was very disappointed in the food here taste and size. Telling me I'm wrong. Rude. Not coming back here again. Liked it when it was O'Grady. You want the wifi password, they ask to take your phone to put in the password.

Went there for the first time last night for dinner. It’s more common for people to go there for breakfast or lunch. But the dinner was really good. The meals come with salad bar and soup. The salad was very fresh. The soup was good too.

Good service. Not no more since new owners it’s not that good. Food or service Went for mothers day to try it again. The food took so long to come out of kitchen and was not super busy. The one waitress heather was super rude and made people wait while she took a break and told the tablet that she does not care The other waitress. Was trying to do ok. They had no desserts Most restaurants have desserts. They need to get their act together and get a nicer waitress

The server was very nice and tried to go above and beyond. She brought whipped cream in a small cup for my daughter and a box of toys she could pick from at the end of our meal. The food selection was what you'd expect, vast and varied, with breakfast offered all day, which I really appreciate. The quality of the food, however was just average. The salad bar, in particular, needs a face-lift with greater variety and fresher fixings. It was a pretty sad salad bar. The pretty negative feature of this place is the bathrooms. Dingy, outdated, and not as clean as they should be. The paper towel dispenser was broken, as were the soap dispensers, so they had soggy paper towel rolls out on the counter with a watered down pump soap bottle. While there was a changing table, it was in a very awkward location in the bathroom and the table did not stow away as it should. We ate at this restaurant due to its convenient location at the time, but would probably not choose to eat there a second time, unfortunately.

Absolutely atrocious service. Our waitress was rude when we asked if they had coke or Pepsi products, made a snide remark about not wanting to clean up my 4 year old's mess (despite our child being very well behaved), and overall poor service. Not to mention the fact they had no children's menu so we ordered off the senior menu for the smaller portion sizes and all they gave my daughter was her side of fries. No entree. Yet I was charged full price. Also, the owner was sitting right behind us and did absolutely nothing about this. Will NEVER return, and based off of how many people were there for dinner, I'm sure I'm the not only one.

Take out portion was less than half of what you would get when dining in. Had cream chip beef over my home fries and they put onions in it which I never never asked for. I will never order or go there again. Must be new owners or cook.
