Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown-Bethlehem Airport

Ww did not receive a digital key, and found out they don't work, and IT was working on it. Front desk gave us 3 keys in the hopes one of them worked. Had to try multiple times to get any door open. Looking back in the reviews, this has been an ongoing issue,
The room was large, had a full size fridge/freezer, good size bathroom.
TV had terrible resolution. Wifi worked fine, there was an ethernet cable that didn't work.
The room had an old smell, like either an old smoking room, or cats lived there. We didn't ask for another room, so not sure if this was just that room or not.
Breakfast was on the low end for the typical free breakfast at Hilyon properties. Not many choices, not refilled quickly, and potatoes had no seasoning added at all. Waffle makers worked well.
Great location, just not quite up to what we expect from this level of Hilton properties.

One of the nicer places I have stayed and for under $150 you really can't beat this place. A kitchen with a stove top microwave dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Very big closet. Has a small sofa as well as a small eating area and desk for doing work. The TV moves so you can watch it in bed or on the sofa or while you're eating. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you're in the area for a minor league baseball game or leaving from the airport this place is spacious and clean with a pool and breakfast.

Full size refrigerator and mini kitchen. Clean silverware and dishes were in dishwasher. Said clean. I couldn't get dishwasher to start at all. Hand washed what I used. Air/ heat did not work in bedroom. Did in livingroom.
Bedroom big and comfortable. Had issues with room keys working in outside doors. So did other people. Buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. Very good location near center city and airport. Already booked another stay.

Elevators can use updating, smell as soon as you get off the elevator all the way to your room. Room needed a vacuum.

The spacious room has a kitchen with a dishwasher, making it convenient for long-term stays. Breakfast is average.

Plenty of room in our suite. There was a fire alarm set off and no communication to guests. Also, my lunch box I used for our cold drinks for traveling was missing before we left.

What a great time and service, one of the best ones yet to stay at!

Staff very nice but hotel not worth the price they charge. Wifi doesn't work, key cards don't work, have to get my room keys reset daily, kitchenette missing utensils, have to jiggle toilet handle each time you use it to get the water to stop, bathroom fan doesn't work and so mold is building up in the bathroom. They have a laundry room but it uses coins and the hotel doesn't have an ATM in which to get change. Also I can't prove that this is related but I never get sick, and one night I turned on the ceiling fan and woke up very sick. Which leads me to believe they do not dust or clean the top of the ceiling fan and I've just been inhaling dust all night. Or maybe it's the mold. Or maybe it's both. The best thing I can say about this hotel is the staff. Everyone has been very kind and helpful.

My last night here. Just spent $2 to dry my clothes in the laundry room and the dryer is blowing cold air. Seriously nothing in this hotel works. Just stay away. It's not worth it. I'm so done.

Nice hotel for extended stay. Kitchen appliances are very nice. Kitchen had cabinets stocked with nice dishes as well as pots and pans needed for an extended stay. Good location and friendly staff. Will stay again while in the area.

While I wish the TV placement was better for watching from bed, it was super comfortable and a great room overall. Friendly staff at the desk too

Stayed four nights for work. The biggest issue was the card reader system. You had to try multiple times for the cards to work. Stayed in the king with the kitchenette. The room was clean, the AC worked, and items were stocked. They use refillable shampoo/wash bottles, so if you're worried about getting naired, bring your own toiletries. The curtains dont completely block the light, so prepare to wake up early or feel like people can see you through the windows. The breakfast was okay, liked the sausage egg rolls. One of the mornings, one of the mornings, the food was still cold when served, and it was often the lobby coffee was cold. Was a bit non-typical of a Hilton stay. Loved PJs across the street. Airport can be heard at times in the distance.

There was an alarm in my room for around 15mins at 7 in the morning without any notice and I found out that was a mistake from the front desk. Being a vegetarian, I was served eggs with ham Because The food I was served at break fast did not had label’s on it. I figured this out the second day after asking the waiter because the taste was very unusual. This is the second time I had a bad experience with Hilton

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was super clean and very cozy. Only down side was you had to drive to basically get anywhere.

Their one bdrm suites are spacious enough. Close to many businesses! I have met quite a few of the employees. Breakfast attendant, a few housekeepers, the maintenance and housemen. They're awesome! Polite and accommodating! Also overwhelmed and underpaid, I'm sure. As every other hotel! I'm not sure of the GM. He doesn't give me good vibes. I've asked to speak with him and he avoids me. I'm very disappointed.

From experience, I agree with the reviews that say each room was missing some small toiletries and soap and shampoo, etc, my floors had not been well vacuumed but were still decently clean. Room was in good condition otherwise and the hotel was quiet. Staff was attentive to the shortcomings and provided a toothbrush for me before I even made it into the room. Other toiletries were also delivered. Ac units blow on you in your sleep keeping you awake and frozen, had to put a chair in front of it to deflect the air flow. Two stars because of the price. Total for a 2 bedroom suite was over 400 with discount. I've been to luxury hotels on the beach for less money. Room had the old hotel mildew that made my allergies go crazy too.
