THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION THAT IS EASLIY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE AIRPORT VIA I 95 AND ROUTE 476, AND MOST MAJOR LOCAL HIGHWAYS. EASY ACCESS TO SHOPPING OF ALL DESCRIPTIONS, RESTAURANTS AND NEXT TO THE SHANNONDELL SENIOR RESIDENCE. HIGHLY ATTENTIVE STAFF, QUIET AND THE SUITE FORMAT WITH ITS KITCHEN ALLOWS TO HAVE MEALS IN THE ROOM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I really enjoyed this hotel. I travel a lot for work and this had everything I needed. My room was a spacious suite so I didn’t feel like I was cramped into a small space. The breakfast was really good in the morning and they had a decent spread of different items. I really enjoyed being able to use the app to get into my hotel room instead of worrying about a key.

Sadly we had to stay here for a volleyball tournament. To begin i stood alone at the check in desk on Friday evening for 15 minutes before the lady came from behind the sliding door, it was 6: 30 pm. The bed was uncomfortable. I woke up sore and I don’t have musculoskeletal issues. Every shower my daughters and I took were cold and the ‘breakfast’ that was included had nothing. No fruit invokes, 2 bagels, the slop of oatmeal was covered in gunk, the brown sugar never budged, clearly is just placed out day after day and never changed. The ‘hot buffet’ was empty.when I asked the front desk about the breakfast I was redirected back to the breakfast area. You could hear people in n the back laughing and talking and for 45 minutes we stayed down hoping they would come out to refresh my daughter ate the bagel to have something before we left for the day, no one ever came out. This occurred Saturday and Sunday morning. I waited to talk to staff over and over and always ran out of time and patience. Pitiful place. I just wanted to get back home. Would not go back if this hotel was chosen.

Rooms are a bit too cold but you can put on the heater and after a while it’s fine. We had a two bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, two bathrooms and a good size living room. Tv in every room. The apartment is a bit old fashion, but it works. I’ll give that four stars
Breakfast area is cold and you have to dress proper if you want to sit there and enjoy your meal. The breakfast I’ll give two stars. It’s a bit simple.

Great place to stay, the apartment was perfect, this was our second time.
We stayed 2 weeks.

Really fantastic buffet breakfast included in the price.

We are definitely going back again.

The hotel was as I expected it to be. Clean, efficient, good food. Except for the fact that they've done away with having a few smoking rooms. Smokers pay just as much as nonsmokers, and would appreciate a comfortable stay without having to go outside for a cigarette.

They shut breakfast down BEFORE 9AM and there was no coffee! When I mean shut down, I mean staff wheeled carts out, around me while I was trying to get a bagel, and took the toaster away in front of me!

"Evening Social" is Wednesday only, not Monday through Thursday as the hotel website states.

Rooms are immaculate, however.

As a lifetime Diamond member, I have experience with the chain. This location is obviously cutting corners and on these shifts, mistreats customers.

My mother in-law and sister in-law were very comfortable in their 2 bedroom suite. They said everything was great.

The location of this hotel was great, really close to the malls. The main purpose of our trip was to go shopping but it was also not too far from the major city where we went to see a few things. The service was great, I really enjoyed how helpful the front desk agent was, Kelsi. She made sure to keep in touch with us the whole trip to ensure that we had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean, has free parking and is in a quiet environment. I would stay here again!

We choose this hotel because of its location to our daughter's camp as well as the listed amenities. We initially planned a two week stay, but only stayed 7 days. Distance was great for the travel. Breakfast was acceptable if you arrived early before the crowd. The housekeeping for the rooms was exceptional! Thank you Margarita for being helpful and considerate during our extended stay. However, the grounds were not cleaned regularly. The pool and the golf/tee area were not usable by my family. The golf/tee area had dog waste for the first two days. Had to ask front desk to have it removed. After a few days, waste was still found on the area. The golf/tee area and pool are smaller than the pictures. The pool was cleaned regularly in the mornings, but was not clean by late afternoon. So we were never able to swim, nor use the golf/tee area.

Image advertised pancakes and bacon at complimentary breakfast. I called ahead to see if they would be at this weekend'd breakfast and was assured that they would be and said that I can't eat most foods. No pancake, waffles, or bacon at this "breakfast. " Hot water for tea was room temp.

The Homewood Suites accomodations were great. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and very family friendly. Would definitely return again.just add some bacon to the breakfast menu!

Nice Hotel amenities and large suites, so we gave the hotel 2 stars. The uncontrolled riff raff situation is a problem and the bed mattresses were uncomfortable.
The hotel manager and employees were unwilling and unable to control the severity of people taking over the pool grounds and it was obvious that were not even Homewood Suites guests since they were not wearing the hotel bands given out at the front desk. At one point it got so bad that people not from the hotel were having a graduation party at the pool site, playing speakers with loud inappropriate music with curse words and not allowing the hotel guests to utilize the pool. Notified the hotel front desk several times of these issues and they said it happens all the time the Tru hotel guests and non hotel guests utilize their pool. The last straw was when our kids found empty drug bags on the grounds we left the hotel immediately.

Kelsi was amazing! Seriously, exceptional customer service! She checked up a couple times to be sure everything was good. The stay was fantastic! Usually there’s something missing or something about a hotel stay that annoys me, but not this time. I would most definitely stay again!
It wasn’t just Kelsi tho — the kitchen staff in the morning was so attentive and accommodating & pleasant! Even the janitor or maintenance man made sure I was taken care of. Apparently all the workers love their jobs and customers and it shows! Kudos!
Ok, if I had to make one suggestion, leave extra toilet paper in a drawer or something. And maybe take a look at the thermostats - room 310 was kind of wonky & constantly fluctuated, but I forgot to mention that.

My reservation for 9 nights was for a non-smoking room. Not only did they place us in a smoking room on a smoking floor, but they did not tell us that smoking was allowed when we reported it; they said they would take care of it. We discovered it was a smoking floor the day before we left. WATCH OUT - they DO NOT care if you choose non-smoking!

Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly. Suggest going to breakfast earlier than later in order to have more choices. The pool is small but clean. Towels were always available. Theh only place we stay when we go to Pennsylvania!
