Hong Tran, MD reviews
5Dr Tran took excellent care of my parents for many years. She was kind, caring, compassionate, to both my parents and myself. I knew I could turn to her for anything they needed. Now that my parents are gone, I miss seeing her smiling face during their visits. I would highly recommend her for your medical care.
Dr. Tran is the greatest. Very friendly and always professional. She always has a great concern for my wife and I as patients. We love Dr. Tran!
All the staff is very courteous and helpful, never a long wait and Dr. Tran is very warm, sweet and easy to talk to. I have been seeing her for years.
My experience was horrible. It was my first and last. I was seen by Dr. Moore, NOT Dr. Tran. I just wanted to make that clear. The Doctor didn't fix anything. He told me that I had an allergic reaction to something I ate and that was causing my hives. And gave some information about medicine to help.
Problem is I ALREADY KNEW about the hives, allergic reaction and was already taking medicine for it. I TOLD HIM THAT. My concern was about the difficulty breathing and chest pains. But he dismissed my concerns with no second thought. So what exactly did he do? He just told me stuff I was already aware of. It was BS, a waste of my time and money. I even left work early to see this guy. And the nurse was no better. But atleast the desk ladies was nice and respectful.
All in all, I was charged almost $700. That nurse or whatever she is, took a blood sample for an allergy test. That alone was $475. Thanks to my insurance, I paid only a portion of it. Weeks later and I never did a follow-up appointment and STILL don't know what I'm allergic to.
