Hoopla's Xtreme Family Fun reviews
16The toddler area is pretty cool for littles. We had the whole place to ourselves. It would have been nice if they had a discount for coming without more than an hour of open time to play. It just doesn't have the same value when you only have 45 minutes left.
For the money it wasn't worth it the pizza wasn't all that great the kids playground is beat save your money stay at home celebrate your birthday
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Building and grounds are very clean. The mini golf course is very nice, with a good selection of video games inside.
Didn’t know they closed at 8 on a Friday night, purchased a $100 play card, used a few dollars on it and then they turned the games off. They wouldn’t refund my money and I’m not from here. Can’t use it at another Hooplas. Now I’m stuck with a card with $90 on it. Couldn’t even redeem the few tickets that were on it. $14 for an hour jump in a tiny area. Bathrooms were closed for cleaning the entire time we were there. This place is being run terribly by a bunch of kids. My 6 yr old granddaughter left crying. Biggest joke of a place ever.
My kids have a blast here with 2 different trampoline sections and also they have a nice sized arcade a mini bowling alley and a sky rope course. Outside is a very nice 18 hole mini golf course. Highly recommend for any kid and parent that enjoys just having fun.
The place was ok, they had jump for half price on the day we visited. Not as big or different trampoline areas as we have back in the UK. The arcade had the normal type of games but all were $1.25 or over
We went for a birthday party the ppl having it paid the expensive party package almost 500.00 for 3 hrs but kids where only allowed to jump for 1 hr.to me its not worth it.for kids who want to jump longer it was like a rip off.when you pay that much for a party I believe all kids should be allowed to jump those 3 hrs if they like.i was gonna have my grandsons party there but after this I have decided not to.
This place is just awesome. We took our son to Hooplas. He will be 2 in a month. He absolutely loved it. The Toddler Zone was perfect for him, and it's super affordable. I think we paid 8 bucks for the Toddler Zone, which I think is more than reasonable. There is no time limit on how long you can be in there. It has a general play area with an assortment of activities and two giant bounce houses. It's great to see how the kids interact with other kids they don't know. There is a concession stand for quick snacks and refreshments. Our son was a bit young to really enjoy the arcade area, but he liked hearing all the sounds and seeing the flashing lights, so it was no problem for us to play a few games with him by our side. He was a little young for the mini bowling, too, and with everything else going on around him, he was too distracted to really get into it. I could see it being a lot of fun for us in another year or two. I never did the sky course, so I can't comment on that, but it looked fun from down below, and it seemed like those who were doing it were having a blast. The place is perfect for birthday parties and group events. They have a number of private rooms available to rent for parties with various packages for sale that include cake, drinks, party supplies, etc, with price points to fit most budgets. We've never rented a room for a party but will consider it down the road when our little man is a bit older. I highly recommend spending a day at Hooplas. You won't be disappointed. It's guaranteed to be a memorable day out with the family that nobody will forget.
We were only in the toddler section. But it was a nice place for the kids! Other kids to interact with. And parents tended to their children. It wasn't a free for all
Soooo much funnnn, great place to hang out, awesome place to have a birthday party for kiddos and adults alike It's clean, and staff are awesome?
Had a 2yr old who used the toddler room, she loved it. We ended up being the only people there and it was so nice. She could do anything. Arcade was nice, staff was helpful. Will definitely be going back
It took over 2 hours to get someone to clean a table. All the while, three kids working there were just hanging out and not doing anything. The seating arrangement doesn't optimize the space properly. Every pizza they cook is burnt.
The place is good fun though.
I took the grandkids and they had so much fun that my grandson didn't want to leave. He was only 3 so I expected it. The staff members were so nice. And I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to gave fun.
Great family fun. Skywalk and trampoline park and dodge ball was great for the ten year old, arcade games were fun for us adults. Only thing I'm not a fan of is they actually close everything up early BEFORE closing time. Like the bathrooms and the arcade machines. "Open hours" strongly implies it is OPEN during those hours. Friendly staff and decent pricing for the trampoline and skywalk.
Fun for parents and kids, I just wish there were lockers it's very hot inside and having to carry your Coats is a burden.
The staff is super nice.
I had my son's birthday party there and it was a great value for the money. Our assigned host was great even when she was handling several parties at once.
Not worth the price. Kids got tired of jumping after 10 min and then they wouldnt sell game cards with 10 min left because the games were to be turned off early of closing. Kids were very upset so we left early.
