I had a very good experience at horizon dental. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was advised to have sealants which is important for preventive measures. I would definitely recommend this group. Dr Christopher Cappellini is excellent

I Can’t say enough nice things about this Dental office! From how you are greeted to getting your procedure done, they explain everything they are going to do! Give you lots of options, n are so Caring on how you doing through out the process!
I had a cleaning again yesterday, n today I brought my hubby! Who had jaw Cancer, n wanted nothing to do with a Dentist! He really didn’t want to come for a checkup n cleaning! But the Staff is so Amazing here, that he is well taken care of n getting a long deserve, cleaning, X-rays

This is a great dental office. Dr Cappelini explains everything and makes sure that you have no pain with the procedure. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Poor quality of dental work. Poor patient care. My husband had dental work done at the Honesdale location. He had 2 crowns placed on his anterior teeth that do not match his natural teeth (very obvious that he has crowns). Also had a temporary partial made while he heals for implants. Partials we’re made very poorly, didn’t fit properly from the start and now they are broken and they won’t see us due to their insurance policy that has changed in January and they failed to tell us this when we were in after January. If we want to be seen now we would have to pay out of pocket. Would not recommend this practice to anyone. Stay away. They are not the only dentist in the area. Never have I had such a bad experience with a dental practice like this before. Also I have experience in this field as I was a lead dental assistant for over 5 years.
I will also be reporting them to the states dental board ADA and BBB. I had a discussion with the office manager Abby who probably shouldn’t be the manager and she did not seem to care at all.

They are so kind! Lexie is wonderful and I had a kind girl do my X-rays. I had a new dr check my teeth and she was nice too. Great place to go?

Dr. Cappellini and his staff at the Cherry Ridge office are wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about them. I have an awful fear of dentists and I’ve found Dr. Cappellini to be so gentle and caring. I’ve been going to Horizon Dental for many years and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Had my first visit to Horizon Dental last week. Dr. Cappellini and Amanda were professional and knowledgeable and the result was a great first time experience. The pre-visit questionnaire made the visit run smoothly and quickly. The staff was welcoming and friendly leading to a comfortable first time visit. Highly recommend Horizon to anyone.

I suffer from extreme dental anxiety! What a refreshing experience this was. Welcoming staff. Very regimented. Extremely easy to talk to. I didn't feel like a number. The entire staff was pleasant. Each process was detailed and explained in advance. No surprises. Very calming and relaxing. From X-Rays with Cali, my hygienist was Priscilla, Dr. Cappellini did my exam and explained everything clearly and I checked out with Abby! I enjoyed it so much I am going back next week and have already scheduled my next cleaning. Oh and it was so easy to get an appt. Very accommodating! Definitely recommend.

I had to get an emergency root canal, and they not only got me in immediately, but made the experience as pleasant as one can possibly make a root canal. Dr. Downes was gentle, compassionate, and explained each step.

My beautiful dentures that they made me. I cracked the one tooth on the top and like always they took care of me again.they also made my wife a beautiful partial I know teeth are expensive no matter who you go to but you sure to get good quality there at a reasonable what more than can I say other than we are all happy.
