All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was hired to work here but was offered a higher pay and better overall opportunity to work in our state of PA library in Indiana, PA. I felt horrible, accepting the position almost the last day before starting the new position. I was offered the state job and accepted it. Hindsight, I should have stayed with Horizon as my IUP contract was over after a couple of years. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
