Long overdue review. I have been a client for years now. Since switching, Donna and her team have always been a reliable source of information and of support anytime I need to deal with a claim, policy issues or anything I need. I have trusted my son to them as he grew up and had his own car. By now I have spoken to all of the ladies there and all of them have been kind and helpful. Having them as my agent gives me peace of mind in knowing that they will always do the right thing for me and my family in the most difficult moments. And happy moments too.

I admit I don’t understand much of the language and terminology of the insurance industry, and this team has always explained things to me in a way that is friendly & accessible. I have never once felt like I was being “sold to”; rather I tell them what I need, they give me all options so I can make the best decision, and they help get it done. I’m happy to have been a customer for years & have recommended them many times.

Probably the rudest person I have spoken to in a good decade. I called and asked for a quote on homeowners and auto. I called 4 agencies that day. Of the four agencies I called, she refused to give me a quote and asked extremely detailed questions, 45 minutes of questions claiming that her underwriter wanted to know these answers. She was rude, had a nasty tone, told me she doesn’t advertise and only sold insurance through referrals? Then she told me she was sending me an application for me to fill out via email which I never received. By the way the other agencies I called were extremely polite and quite anxious to do business with me. I am meeting a local merchant on Thursday to finalize some new policies. By the way I own a lovely home in the area with a nice car, no accidents in 20 years. I have been with my current insurance company for about 20 years and were with New Jersey Manufacturers when I lived in New Jersey. I plan on calling Erie Insurance and telling them about the treatment I received from their agent. I can only guess why I was treated this way but I will certainly let Erie Insurance handle my concerns. I hope she treats that poodle a lot better than she treated me. All I can say is shame on you rude lady!

Donna and her team are beyond responsive, give fantastic service and clearly hooked into an insurance network that knows what it is doing. It's such a relief to know that, when there is a problem, there team will be able to take care of my family and I. I cannot recommend her service more!
