Great price for steak and fantastic salad bar. Next time I will try the steak with garlic butter. I have been here a few times when visiting Williams Grove Speedway. The wait service has been excellent every time. The local Motel 6 is a bargain.clean/comfortable and upgraded. Jeff of Maine and Maryland
This was not the same Hoss's I have come to know. Steaks were ok, but not anything more. Salad bar was well stocked. Seems the prices went up and quality dropped a little.
Salad bar was fresh and the food was very good! Had the ribeye steak with the Cajun seasoning and it was really tasty! Service was really friendly and prompt.
I was genuinely impressed with the last steak I had here. The salad bar is pretty big. The waitresses were fast and attentive. I'm not usually a fan of the chain steakhouses, but this one is good. It's been here a long while and does a nice job.
Reasonably priced. Prompt waitress. A good experience. The salad bar really is enough for a need meal!

Food is always cooked good. Never had a bad experience here especially with the salad bar area. Always plenty to choose from. Pricing I feel is a little overpriced but you do gdt what you paid for. Always pleased with the staff here as well. Bathrooms are also kept up and never look dirty
Good food, salad bar could use a little work. Our waitress Nikki was on top of it with drinks and just assessing our needs. She is a pro.
This location easily accommodated our very large group during the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals. They also did not asess an extra gratuity which we appreciated and therefore tipped our wait staff more. Food was excellent, salad bar amazing as usual. We will use this location again, with thanks from the Chrysler Sebring / 200 Convertible Club
We immensely enjoyed and love HossThe waitress and waiter are extremely friendly, polite, and respectful. The food is cook to perfection, and delicious. The salad bar is always full of fresh items right down to dressing. The soups are out of this world as if my grandmother or mom prepared them. And the desserts are the same as well. The decor is well lighted and clean. At lastly the prices are reasonable and affordable!
I'm there for a weekly meeting, and Sherry always does a fantastic job making sure everything is handled well. Plus, she's very friendly and a genuine pleasure to see every week.

Food always good. Service tonight extremely slow. Waited forever for initial drinks. No particular event going on. Waitress chit chatting with friends & other customers, hard to get her attention.
Great lunch buffet. Make your own salads with many different topping choices. Multiple types of soup. Great desserts to choose from. All for $8.99 and I added a burger for only $1.99 extra.
Horrible, sent wings back that tasted bad, shrimp app really dry, rib eye steak tasted like Chuck steak. Salad bar ok. Never go back. Was better when it was at old Carlisle location. I would of gotten a better steak at Arby's if Arby's served steaks.
This place is really good. Buffet if you want that. Food was good service was even better. Try this place you won't be sorry.
Been here many times. Service is almost always very good but the quality of food can be hit or miss, usually to the tune of over cooked steak. Today it was excellent, the salad bar was fresh and clean, even though we arrived at 8: 30, and our server was attentive and friendly.
Had a Burger with all you can eat soup and salad bar. Everything was delicious. We didn't have a wait. There were many open tables, and people waiting for tables. We lost our waitress, for a cup of coffee. I'm assuming they are very short staffed.
