Hoss's Steak & Sea House, York PA

Not horrible, not great. The price is pretty cheap here. They got a group of 23 in very quickly

Food was ok, prices for quality are def not what it once was, at one time it was one of my favorites,

My server, Ethan, was fantastic!
I had the stuffed chop steak with salad and mashed potatoes.
Everything but the steak was good. The steak tasted as if it had been dipped in a nasty chemical.
The taters and everything else was very good.

Eating here makes me really miss the Ponderosa Restaurant.

I was reluctant because I'm not a steakhouse person. I was joyfully surprised and left happy.

The food was not very good. I got a steak that was overdone and just a weird texture. My mother had chicken that was so dry she couldn't eat it. The wife had the salad bar, which was good.

The onions on my steak were not cooked right. It was all most like eating raw onions so I put them aside. The vegetables on my friends cheese steak were cold. This was the one one East Market not the one one White Street

Solid lunch buffet meal here with family. A good variety to choose from and very reasonably priced. Nothing we had was to die for, but nothing was bad. Everyone could find things to enjoy. Really recommend for groups. Will be back if I'm in the area again!

My first time at Hoss's. Really nice restaurant and great salad bar. My partner is a Hoss's fan, and really enjoyed this location. We will return often

Hosses is a hidden gem! Their salad bar is great, with plenty of options (salad toppings, soups, nachos, garlic bread, mac & cheese, & plenty of different desserts. I love their steak tips as well! Hosses has something for everyone.

Food is the same as it has always been. Salad bar is diverse enough to be good and the hot bar items are adequate.

The manager Kenny was very kind and courteous. Food was good. Salad bar and desserts were great

Great selection of food at good prices. The restaurant is always clean and service is always great. I like the fried shrimp and baked potatoes.

Haven’t been in years but was pleasantly surprised. Burger was really good, salad bar was clean and tasted good. Service was top notch.

I haven't eaten in Hoss's in many years. I know the Covid pandemic changed restaurants. I guess I expected more food on the salad bar than what they offered. Food was good though.

Staying at the hotel across the street. The food was good service was really good. If you're staying in the area it would be a good choice to dine at.
