Hot Foot Shoes reviews
5Wonderful selection of shoes and boots and salespeople are great too but don't have a problem because customer services very strict and intolerant
Amazing place! I discovered this shoe boutique five years ago, when i had some foot issues and couldn’t find shoes that were comfortable and did not cause additional pain. Upon friend’s recommendation, I visited this store. An hour later (the shoes were so amazing, I felt like a kid in a candy store!) i emerged, with three pairs of sandals that my feet did not hurt in, and that were such good quality and so cute, I still get compliments when I wear them! This year, those sandals finally began to age, and I knew just where to go! And I was not disappointed! Fantastic selection of shoes I haven’t seen in other stores around here. Range of sizes, specifically matters to me because I am a size 5! The owner and staff are kind, professional, knowledgeable and so sweet and encouraging. Absolutely a joy to shop at! And prices are wonderful too! Looking forward to my next visit in the fall!
Great shoes. Great customer service. Very attentive to your likes and needs.
Love the shoe brands that they carry. I always seem to be able to find something unique here. Owner and staff have always been extremely helpful and I appreciate them notifying me of sales by text and phone.
I would never ever shop in this store again simply for the extreme lack of compassion they have. After my father lost his wife to pancreatic cancer a few weeks ago he came in to return a pair of shoes that were never able to be worn by his deceased wife. The manager was extremely rude and asked him to prove his wife died by providing a death certificate, like he carries that around to return merchandise! Who would lie about that? They would only provide him a merchandise credit for a woman’s shoe store that he won’t ever use. Great compassion for others!
