Eh. I like Indigo Hotels, they're usually very nice. Especially because the showers are not usual hotel showers, they have detachable heads! This time, one of the beds had a brownish stain on the blanket, I was afraid to inspect it further. Luckily, it was the bed my brother claimed when we first got into the room and I wouldn't let him reverse his claim. Little things matter, like no remote back, no hangers for clothing, stuff like that. But, for the most part, it's a nice place. People have been cool so far.

This hotel and staff makes me rethink giving other hotels 5 stars. This is the true 5 start hotel. The service is outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are amazing and the bed was very comfortable.
There is a restaurant/bar inside and service was much the same there. I cant tell you how wonderful my stay was

Great hotel very nice clean rooms nice towels and bedding the decor is nice and modern and the staff were all great the maintenance man we met was super friendly as well as the front desk staff I would definitely stay here again. The only negative about this stay was that I was only there one night. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area as it it the nicest hotel around.

Our daughter’s wedding was this past weekend and we used the Hotel Indigo Harrisburg-Hershey for our wedding block as well as for the rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch the morning after the wedding. This hotel is an undiscovered gem as far as I am concerned. We had a large party (40 rooms) and the rooms were all modern, extremely clean and well appointed. Check in was seamless for our guests and the staff was very helpful with setting up for our events. Because we needed so many rooms and also wanted to keep the other events in-house I had looked at probably 15 hotels in the area and none of them could compare for price and amenities. A special thank you to Matthew in sales, Samantha at the front desk and Wayne for all around help and advice. You all made me (and my guests) very happy!

I usually do not write reviews, however I was super unhappy about my stay here and I feel as if I need to write about it. My boyfriend and I wanted to take a vacation and we found this hotel and it looked so nice! However, most of the staff during the day was rude and condescending in their tone when they spoke to us. My boyfriend payed the security deposit and our full charge on two separate cards. He left one of the cards on file. I noticed the comforter on the bed had odd stains and holes in it as soon as we got up to the room. The first morning we were here, we woke up to a $193.00 charge on the card that was not left on file (Which stayed on the account throughout our entire stay.) When he went down to check it, they told him that the woman who checked us in processed our stay wrong and was trying to charge us for each individual night even though we had already payed the full amount. I will say though the man that helped was fantastic and probably the best experience we had with the staff. He ended up giving us a free breakfast voucher which was very kind. We decided to get breakfast, we knew that there was somewhere that we had to drop this voucher off at but nobody said anything about it when we came down. As we were about to leave, we had assumed that we would drop it off at the front desk when the woman behind the bar yelled across the dining room "You guys have to pay for that! " It was so rude the way she yelled when she did not say anything to us about payment to begin with, so we handed her the voucher and just went upstairs to our room. I decided to take a shower and put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and moments later I heard a knock, my boyfriend went to answer it and the housekeeper was asking to come in for room service which was just very odd because we have the sign up on the door handle. Our last experience here, was when we were leaving. I noticed a spider hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room. Which would not have been a big deal if I did not see the multiple huge spider webs later, across the room with egg sacks in them (There was more than one.) Which to me, indicates that these rooms are not cleaned very well. I was immediately disgusted and we ended up hightailing it out of there. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but this one was truly a nightmare from beginning to end.

My husband and I stayed a few nights at the Indigo hotel in Harrisburg, PA, Demetrius the front desk clerk was awesome, we had a few small issues with our room and Demetrius took care of them! Thank you Demetrius for all your help & kindness! The hotel itself was very clean, Indigo will now be our hotel of choice!

I saw some negative reviews and thought they were nothing serious because you know, some people can be a bit “extra. ” However, if you’ve ever stayed at a Hotel Indigo and expect a similar quality hotel, this is NOT IT. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve to be a Hotel Indigo and I feel if the brand were to do an inspection they would see that as well.

It is clearly a remodeled old hotel. The hotel had an odor and upon checkin in our room, I figured out why. There was mold on the AC unit in our room, I noticed immediately as I have a mold allergy and I asked for a different room. I have never done this before but knew I couldn’t stay in there overnight. The manager didn’t have the best customer service and was sort of passive aggressive but she did get us a new room! The new room was the same issue but better at least. So now, I’ve seen two rooms in this hotel. Both had horribly scratched furniture, were NOT CLEAN (all our feet were black after walking around the room for a couple hours), and you could just tell no care was put into this hotel.

There was also a party in the hotel room next to us, they didn’t sleep at all. I’m talking kids up until 4am when we finally just left because why stay if we couldn’t sleep? I’m convinced the manager put our room next to the party room on purpose because I complained about the previous one haha! I did call the desk at one point overnight but nobody picked up and nobody was there when we went to leave (granted it was like 4: 45am)

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and its one of the few times I’ve considered contacting corporate but I don’t really know if I care enough to do that, just wanted to warn others!

Was told we weren't allowed to eat our food by the pool and had to eat in the parking lot while other families were able to order dominos pizza and lounge at the pool side, as well as other discourtesy displayed to our small group.

Booked the stay for 2 rooms 6 family members and now I have cancelled it and moved on to a Hilton because the Front desk answering the phone is Rude and Condescending and so now I’ll spend my money elsewhere. And I did not receive an email confirmation that you canceled our reservations. IHG can keep it. This email will be forwarded to corporate with further details of my conversation today with the front desk. Thank you so much for talking us right out of coming there.

I’ve never reviewed a hotel before, but have stayed at many, but this one was so bad I had to warn other people. First thing: night shift employees are very nice and helpful, and are exempt from the rest of this review. Also, the beds are comfortable and the rooms decent. That’s where the positives end. The sheets were stained by some sort of dirt or oil when we walked in, and these weren’t tiny stains. They took up the whole portion of where the top half of the body lays on one side of the bed. That’s never happened before, and it was quite disconcerting. The wash clothes were also heavily stained with mascara. I’ve never seen such dirty linens right when I walk into a hotel room before. The real problem, however, is the people. The day shift people, particularly some of the housekeeping staff and the general manager, are shockingly rude, hateful, and uncaring. When we came out of our room at about 9: 30 one morning, we saw a housekeeper. We figured she wouldn’t clean our room that day, given COVID policies, so we kindly asked if we could have some clean towels when she had a second. She glared at us and told us that we had to put our dirty ones outside of the room and then someone would replace them, that was the rule/how it worked. We explained that we didn’t even have enough towels when we got there for 4 people, and just needed some extras. She continued to glare, roll her eyes, and dismiss us, so one member of our party went to get our 2 used towels to exchange with her. She asked where we should put them, gesturing to a bin she thought was laundry. The housekeeper scolded her and said “not there, I don’t deal with the dirty stuff. ” We were so shocked by the whole encounter that we just left the hotel without saying anything to each other. I’ve literally never encountered someone so rude and hateful at a hotel before. I know people have bad days, but this was extreme. When we returned the following two nights, no towels had been put in our room and housekeeping hadn’t even been in there. We eventually just had to go get towels and clean sheets, which wasn’t a big deal, but we would have appreciated some direction to these supposed housekeeping rules to avoid the scolding. When a member of my party kindly explained what had happened once we checked out, she noticed the general manager standing next to the employee she was talking to. He made no acknowledgment of her or her issues, and simply left the area. Horrible experience! I feel bad for the few kind workers we encountered. It seems like they have to struggle to pick up the slack that their daytime counterparts leave behind. We will never stay at another Hotel Indigo, and I advise that you don’t either.

Modern hotel with clean rooms.
Here’s a tip though. Since you won’t let food delivery drivers upstairs, try calling the guest to let them know their food is waiting. The only reason I knew my food was there was because the driver texted me to let me know they wouldn’t let him bring it up. Then when I went downstairs I just grabbed it and the woman with the braids who worked there was too busy talking to a friend and fussing over a baby, didn’t even acknowledge that I came down. I could have been anybody taking the food.
Your customer service blows. This hotel gives off a bit of a pretentious vibe, and let’s face it it’s not that fancy. Get over yourselves.

There are lantern flies alive and dead all over the pool area. The staff didn’t appear to care sure it’s an infestation area but I watched a gentleman clean the bathrooms and completely ignore the pool area. Didn’t try sweeping the dead ones or skimming the pool.

We stayed for one night. Its a very nice and clean place. They provide a big bottle with a pump for shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. In the shower they have really nice sliding glass doors. The only thing that I didn't like was they did not let me know they charge a fee of 150 that they reimburse when you check out and can take a couple of days. I got it back the same day. I would go again.
