5How is this company even in business? Connection down, nobody can be reached. Best thing is the HOA where I live made a deal with this worthless company to be the only one available! Seriously moving out of the area just because of this garbage service. On the BEST days it's 50Mbps fiber, ridiculously slow.

Subpar Internet service at the regular price. Online payment system only takes credit cards, which adds an additional fee every month. Customer service has been completely unwilling to help in fixing the system to take other payment methods.
