Wow! Carol Hoke with Howard Hanna Professionals they made buying a house such a breeze! We needed to sell our camp before buying and had heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Carol was recommended to us by friends and our son and daughter-in-law! Not even a 1 star honestly. We were 3/4 through buying a home and they suddenly call stating they continued to show it and a cash offer was accepted over ours. We already paid deposit and appraisal and had our mortgage approval. Unsatisfied beyond measure. Our home is already through underwriting and our buyers need a home as well so we are going to another agency to deal with them since we were reassured they would not do that to us and leave us homeless.

First realtor didn’t do much wasn’t motivated or just inexperienced. And another realtor took our listing but night before she was supposed to come take pictures she called and cancelled saying she was overwhelmed. Not professional. Never again.
