2My whole family went there for years and had no issues! Recently I was complaining of sensitivity. They told me to use sensodyne toothpaste. Still having sensitivity issues. After going back and them telling me it was fine, I decided to go for a second opinion. There were EXTREMELY visible cavities where I continued to complain. Had them filled by another dentist and have had no issues.
Over 10 years ago, they convinced me to have a cavity filled without a pain reliever. I guess they were low on supply or something. Halfway through I found out drilling without pain relievers hurts a lot, and they continued through protest. Haven't been back - medical professionals seem to forget they are performing customer service, and can't get away with providing customer experiences any other business worthy of a customer dollar would balk at.
