H&R Block, Lansdale PA

The staff at both the North Wales PA and Lansdale PA locations were very nice and professional. They did a great job even with the restraints of the pandemic.

I have no problem paying for this service and Thersa is fantastic. I'll keep going back to H&R Block.

Normally I prepare my own tax returns. This year I had several questions (e.g. Section 199A) for which I needed assistance. My preparer, Catherine Harrell, was very helpful and pleasant in helping me. The cost of the preparatioin is fairly high (> $500) ; so I feel it will be more cost effective for me to prepare my own returns and take advantage of your consultation service if required.

Dont make mistake of filing taxes with H and R block professional. Huge mistake. Most unprofessional company and wont help get issues resolved with their own internal system.

My appointment got stacked with another client somehow. Naturally, I got sent to someone else who didn’t listen to anything I was telling them. My “expert” even appeared confused and uncomfortable when I told them why I needed help. I normally use TurboTax but this year was a ridiculous year for my taxes so I figured H&R could help me. They didn’t assist me with any questions I had and were extremely unhelpful. I might as well have submitted my taxes myself and saved $250.

My tax preparer, Dominic, is always extremely knowledgeable of the local tax laws and very professional when we meet. He is the reason I continue to use H&R Block for my tax returns every year and will continue to do so.

You were cooperative, responsive, and worked with me a bit on fees. Vernon Hunsberger took the time, as always to review my return and answer all my questions.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Delphine at the Lansdale branch has done taxes for the last few years and she is great!

The staff member that worked on my taxes was very knowledgeable. She really knew what she was doing. When I tried to do the taxes I would be owing. Now I am receiving a return

Really like working with Darla Nagy in the H&R Block Lansdale office. I have been using Darla for my income tax returns for many years and it is always a pleasant experience.

I spoke with the IRS today, the taxes were done wrong at H & R Block, and now I will have to amend my taxes for the year.

I have worked with Amita for 5 years and she is the best! She is timely, friendly, knowledgeable and is always willing to take time to explain. She has excellent customer service.
