We have had the pleasure of having the same tax professional for over 10 years and are always extremely grateful for her expertise and advise.

When i went to the office i originally asked about the advance qualifications for the up to 3500. I was told i would find out directly after i filed my taxes. Which seem shady because if i was approved now i am force to do my taxes there. During the process the guy who help me told me i would be getting over 5000 and when he printed out the form it came down to 4500 and that wasnt even including the payment for doing the taxes which was over 300$. Please stay away from them and just do turbo tax online. Its free to file and they dont lie.also with turbo tax i would have received 5808 with h&r block more than a 1000 lost

Very unprofessional. Anne Marie from 69th start actually told me "this is what I get for not dealing with her". Dontrez, smh, from Barclay square was very hard to deal w also. I'll NEVER use this POS company again. For the past 3 days I've been lied to

The H&R store in Upper Darby is very professional. I would NEVER GO to your 52nd and Chestnut St. Location EVER AGAIN! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! -MAKE YOUR Price's a little more reasonable

The expert employee who did my return was very efficient in her work that made my return process very easy for me. And I am honestly happy with the refund that I will receive because H&R staffs prepare my filing very carefully. I recommend this place

AnneMarie Gahring is very personable and knowledgeable about tax services. I really appreciate her and probably would not come back if she werent there in that office to help me.

If you are going to get your taxes done here you better take out a bank loan. They will charge you for every form that they fill in. Funny thing is its all on the computer for them to type in. Got charged $473.00. I'm not a business either. I'm a single dad (mom claims the child) who works two jobs. Bad enough i owe money thanks to nobama care, H & R block screwed me over as well. I will never go back!
