H&R Block, Tarentum PA

Diane was awesome. I was a walk-in and had my taxes a mess. She got it all sorted out in about 10 minutes and was super nice about all of it.

Shelle was exceptional and well mannered. She helped me manage all my information and was patient with me while assembling my documents.

The H&R agent we have dealt with for atleast 15+years retired and we received NO notice. It's an issue of TRUST as to who we go to to do our taxes. To appear for the scheduled appointment we made 1yr ago with Janet, at Pgh Mills Office and be told she's gone was a surprise. AND someone rescheduled us to Feb. 21st NEVER informing us. Our phone has a working answering machine. We were taken back by this unprofessional action. Fortunately the new agent to us had a cancellation and took us. We like her and rescheduled for next year with her.

The lady who did my taxes was awesome, and I won't go any where else to file my taxes and I'll always come to her.she's amazing

Diane is the best. She is very friendly and fast at what she does. I will be going to her from now on.

My tax preparer was incredible! She was professional, and helped us with a lot of the questions we had.

We were booked at the same time as another customer which was frustrating because even though we were there first, the took the other customer before us. Luckily another tax preparer was able to take us. Which I'm glad she did because she was great!

Because I don't know what will happen next year yes was very professional and made sure to get everything right and made it easy for me yes I got in right away I maybe sat down for 3 minutes yes Marlene took here time and made sure she got everyone for me and my kids very nice to work with yes I was already for the beginning on want was going on yes it was a hour for my taxes get everything done made very easy and very professional and yes the price was very fair I thought

Finding Diane Colella was probably the best thing that happened to me for my tax situation this year! She is smart and very knowledgeable about her job! We had a good repour from the very beginning.

I've used H&R block for 12 years. I will, unless I find a personal CPA that charges less.

My situation of working remote for a company in another state with a incorrect W-2 made this year a total mess as far as taxes were concerned. Shelle Fischer was extremely helpful and assisted with solving the puzzle. Next year I'll be married and still working remote so the complications will only increase. Look forward to H&R Block's assistance once again when the time comes.
