Do not go here, unless you want to be scammed. My husband and I usually do our taxes on our; however, last year we bought a house so we figured we would have them done to try and get a piece of mind they were done correctly. Instead of getting a piece of mind, we instead ended up very stressed.
We never were told how much it would be (even though their website claims to give upfront pricing). Then when they finally gave us a price, it was very expensive.
Additionally, we were told everything would be done in a timely manner and uploaded online for our convenience. Yet we ended up having to make several phone calls for things to finally be done, days after the fact.
Lastly when we asked for our documents back, they put up a fight to return them until my husband had to show up in person and demand them back.
We certainly will never go here again
