Huber's Auto Services, Pittsburgh PA

Huber's is like an old time neighborhood garage. I appreciated their help with my car. I am in town visiting my child who recently took a job in Pittsburgh and lived nearby. My car suddenly developed a horrible belt noise that lasted for a minute or two.

I checked map review and called Huber's for a possible belt replacement. Rick took me in. He checked my car and said that my belt looked fine and did not need replacement. He even generously sprayed WD40 to lubricate my belt. At the end, he waved me off without charging me anything, even though I offered to pay for his time and his efforts

I am grateful that Rick took me in quickly and solved my problem.

This place is the mutha huggin' shiz! The man who runs this place is as honest as his handshake is firm. If you're looking for a straight shootin' mechanic, you've found the right garage.

These guys are so professional and so friendly! I trust them a %100 with my vehicle, i know that what ever they say is gold, very honest and reliable which is rare to say on a mechanic, i go only to Huber’s! Thanks for great service as always!

Great place to take your vehicle for inspection. I called and made an appointment, and was in an out, while he did a thorough inspection. Great price as well. Will definitely return next year for an inspection.

Took my Jeep Cherokee in for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The guys saw that I didn’t need oil change and recommended to wait on tire rotation. Saved me a few bucks and gained a new customer!

I went to them for 25 years with 3 cars per year till the day Rick scratched my wife's car he said it was there when it got dropped off and he don't know how it happened.
When my wife called him he said he would only deal with me not her and the car is in her name. Rick said he would not fix the car. His dad was a stand up guy, I see it don't run in the family.

Same experience as everyone else. Ryan a great guy, inspected my car thoroughly and in 20 minutes I was out. I’ll be heading back there next year for my inspection.

My experience was the same as other reviews I read just now: they got me in for an inspection same-day, finished with my car after a thorough check, and were very well priced. They also didn't talk down to me as a woman when I asked a couple of questions. Bonus is they're small, so you can watch and can trust their work. (I have a hard time taking most mechanics after bad experiences and clear lies. I've owned a few cars now for a couple of decades and know the basics.but some shops assume you're gullible and BS. Not these guys.) I'm definitely going back when my inspection is due again.

This little shop has some great guys who will provide good service. It's hard to find a good mechanic who does good work and is honest, but these guys have been great. They do good work, provide good service, and their prices are fair.

Very nice and helpful! They were able to squeeze in my car inspection within a day and had it finished within an hour. Super reasonable with prices too! I would highly recommend!
