Angela did a great job explaining my new machine and made sure that I fully understood it's operation.
Brent was always very pleasant and helpful to deal with when delivering or picking up oxygen supplies. Or if I had an issue he always was more than happy to resolve the problem.
After a year with this new cpap I kept telling my doctor and the agent at hubs that my cpap blew too much air and the heating element didn't work. Finally Zach took a look at it and replaced it. This one works perfectly and I am once again able to use nasal pillows instead of a full face mask.

The technician this morning, Angela, was excellent, the best and most informative person I've ever had at HUB. We got a lot of information that we had never been told before. But your system is awful-can't call the local office, can't order locally, etc. If it weren't for Angela, we would take our business elsewhere.
