Hard to find really good homemade scrapple anymore. Well here is the place, it's great! So was the ring bologna. Owner and daughter very helpful.

I stoped in yesterday to get some bacon and after looking around I ended up with a stack of pork chops and sausage. First off the workers there were super friendly and a gentleman even came from the back and gave me a sample of some bacon wrapped pork he had in the smoker which was out of this world! The meat there is 100x’s better than you get in the grocery store and it’s cheaper also! They just got all of our meat business. No more garbage meat from the grocery store for us!

They make the best sausage I’ve ever had. Their smoked pork chops and jalapeño cheddar ring bologna are other favorites of mine. It can be hard to find good quality, affordable butchers in this area. Hughart’s is the place to go for both of those things!

Owner is rude and his meat has a weird color and smell. I'll never go back. Daughters are his only saving grace. Shop rite has better quality

Definitely my favorite meat shop. Everything is always super fresh and there is a large variety to choose from not to mention the positive atmosphere from the employees. They are very attentive and knowledgable about the products. They also make their own dog bones full of delicious meat that my dog loves. All at reasonable prices. If you're looking for some good meat and great service this is the place to go!

Best local butcher by far. Meats are always wonderful and fresh, the deer processing is phenomenal compared to other places I've been to and the family who runs the shop are the nicest people I have met!

Do not use this place for your deer processing. He uses other meats as fillers! He also takes deer meat from one customer to sell to another customer since there's no way to keep track of the weight of the meat during processing. He also is completely over run by rats, ask his neighbors! I can go on and on the list of things would take me all day! It's disgusting shop somewhere else.
