1 My wife and I have been working at the Human Achievement Project as Residential Advisors since 2020, but this is a place gifted in terms of management and order; very organized. Generally speaking, both staff and management communicate well and they love what they do.
There is team work. The director is a fountain of peace.
You can also tell that the residents and their families are happy, satisfied and very much involved. Food and all other supplies are adequately provided for the residents. Cleanliness is a priority.
Promotions are given based on merit and performance -not favoritism. Racism has no space here; early this year, a black lady was promoted to a very high leadership position.
