If I can give her a zero I would. It was a terrible experience. I thought your realtor is the one supposed to send you houses to look at and then you get to decide if you like it or not but in our case with Humera it was the opposite. If you’re working with her be prepared to be your own realtor and search on your own. We were basically doing her job. She never sent us any houses to look at. Not to mention that she has the worst attitude you can ever imagine when dealing with a realtor. She tends to underestimate you and make your life difficult. Lastly, at our closing date we paid extra money than we were supposed to and she never explained why.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, and professional realtor, I would highly recommend Humera Khawaja. Being newer to the area, I wanted to rent a home and not yet purchase. Humera is knowledgeable not only about the local buying market, but also the renting market. Humera always made me feel that my needs were prioritized. I hired Humera Khawaja as a seller agent. She was outstanding. She listened to my needs, and did the market research and when the time came she listed my house in Lower Macungie with realistic price on Thursday. Since our house was empty she did open house over the weekend, offers started to come in and we chose the best offer by Tuesday evening. So in less then five days we sold our house with 5K over asking price. Couldn't ask for better experience.
