Was broke down about 8 miles away. Called them about getting an air leaf drive spring replaced. I was told second shift could do it, and too bring it in. Showed up at 9 am got right in and right out. I know it doesn't always work that way based on shop workload. But the shop Forman and mechanic that performed the spring replacement we're great. Great people, above and beyond service. Thanks fellas

Every time we bring one of our trucks in here they quote us a price to fix the problem, then when we go to pick it up the final price is always hundreds if not thousands more.
And if that's not bad enough we usually have to bring the truck back 3 more times after that to fix what they already fixed! Service manager refuses to return my repeated attempts to address this and speak with me, customer service is horrible. I love our internationals but unfortunately we are buying a different brand because of the horrible service this shop displays. Seriously considering a consumer complaint and legal action.

Everything was neat and clean, the trucks were perfectly lined up and the overall display was a 10 out of 10

International should be ashamed of themselves. Hunters crew does the best they can for the customer but are held back by international. Our peterbilt is a great truck but our international trucks are terrible

Was told to come in on Friday to get some diagnostic work and parts ordered. Come the Friday in question no available time for repairs until 7/18-19. So another appointment was set for 7/21. Here we are Monday morning and the diagnostics can’t be done as scheduled. Thais is the lease professional place I’ve dealt with in 20 years of driving a commercial vehicle.

What can i say.this place is great. Why go anywhere else when the best is right here. These guys know what they're doing and it shows. Friendly, knowledgeable and always want to help.
