My sister's appointmrnt went smoothly. Their equipment was more modern than I have seen anywhere else. She could understand everyone.

Kara and her team are the pinnacle of professional, knowledgeable, and customer service experts! I have been to many vision centers and this was the first time that I felt welcomed and not just a number. It worth the drive if you live in the Centre region to receive top level care!

No hurry, pleasant optimistic workers. A very comfortable place when attended to or when waiting.

It’s always a very comfortable visit. Everyone is polite, pleasant and professional. The doctors take the time to listen to your comments and concerns, and they explain everything they are doing. They have state of the art equipment so I am always confident I am getting a complete and thorough check up. Keep up the good work. I’ll be back!

Everyone is so professional, friendly and helpful. I know my eye health is is very important to Dr. Ritchey. Cheryl always makes sure I look my best with new glasses.

Friendly, knowledgeable, the latest equipment and testing. Whether it’s the receptionist (Deb), the technician (Tammy), optometrist (Kara or Shannon), or Cheryl who orders, adjusts, readjusts, and keeps readjusting my glasses, I 100% trust them with my eyes!

They take their time with you; making you feel like a real person and not just "a patient" to move along.even tho they are obviously very busy! Take the time to explain the examination processes and outcomes - making sure you understand. Very helpful and friendly with picking out frames, which is much appreciated.

Optometrists and support staff are awesome. Always so friendly and easy to talk to. Lots of eyewear choices and prescription glasses are always ready within a week. Five stars all the way.
