What I love about Hush Money Bikes is that they have a way of making you feel welcome and part of the "gang". I have worked with them on several transactions and they were always straightforward and honest. As I waiting for my new Mountain Bike to get ready I watched as the staff handled a lady who was brand new cyclist and a couple hardcore roadies. Their attitude with both of these customers were the exactly the same. They treated them with equal respect. Well Done. I love my new Salsa MTB and we just ordered a new bike for my wife.

Hush Money is my Literal favorite bike shop. Collectively owned and operated, you can see and feel the commitment to a healthy and vibrant community. Their mechanics have turned around complex work for me swiftly time and time again. I always feel like a kid in a candy shop with the fun merch and accessories stocked in the shop. The bar style seating area rocks for catching up with the staff that will no doubt become your pals. I low key want to move to Lancaster just so I can come here more often.

Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. That is the first word that comes to mind when I think about the owner Nathan. Nathan without hesitation has recommended products that he doesn’t sell fully knowing he won’t make a profit from me, but that the product he recommends is the correct product to solve my issue. He is a straight up great guy and a local legend.

Listen up folks, this is truly best bike shop in existence and i’m not exaggerating. Not only are they nice and genuine people they are also beautiful, and who doesn’t like a little eye candy huh? They will solve any bike problem you have, I guarantee it. Hell they might even solve your personal problems too. It doesn’t matter if you’ve won the polka dots on Alpe d’Huez or don’t even know what a bicycle is, Nate and the crew will get you figured out. So I got a flat tire on my rear wheel. The tires are kind of old and I didn’t know how close they were to being useless. When I asked the guy at Hush Money, he said he would replace the tire if he was paying somebody to do the work. But he said I could probably get the rest of the season out of it without a problem. So I opted to get new tires because I hate to change back-tire flats. Very thankful for an honest assessment.

Update 2023: just had my bike in for an annual tune up. Omg my bike has never been so smooth and quiet. Brad did an AMAZING job making sure everything works well. He could be a mechanic for pros!

My wife and I stopped by the shop being new to bikes. After explaining our goals Nathan showed us a few bikes let us test ride a few and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Shop has a cool vibe, friendly staff, and after a 30 mile ride on the new bikes we are enjoying the new Haro’s. Side note, cool accessories as well and they even set them up on the bikes.

Top notch fast service. Great team to deal with and a cool chill environment. Will be our home bike shop from here on out! Thanks Ted

Had a great experience at Hush Money. Ted helped me and my son pick out his first “big boy” bike. Ted was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it was close to the end of the day, he and his team took the time to explain every pro and con. They even installed some cool grips for the little man! The prices were cheaper than some of the big box stores I’ve been too, plus you get the local help from these guys. Service and prices were great, we will be back for more!
