Hut Family Restaurant, Brockway PA

Almost drove past this hidden gem. It doesn't stand out too much when you are driving by.
I noticed it was very clean and well-lit inside.
They have a restaurant, ice cream stand, and craft store.
The girls working there are very fast and friendly.
I had the broasted haddock dinner, like most everyone else eating there on a Friday night. Comes with two sides, mine were salad and mashed potatoes. The fish was cooked perfectly. Light, crunchy breading. No soggy oiliness to it. Came with two large pieces of fish. Mashed potatoes and gravy are homemade - lumps and all. Dinner roll was fresh. Tarter sauce was very good.
The menu is quite extensive.
I can't wait to go back and try some of the other dishes.

Our waitress was very friendly and kind, she made sure our food was served hot and quick. I definitely recommend people to stop in and grab a delicious bite of food.

Excellent place to eat. I had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn and my husband had the sunrise burger with fries. It was outstanding! Best I have had in a long time! Our server was so very nice and courteous. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

We were just passing through after going to see the elk in Benezette and saw this place. So glad we stopped. The staff was very sweet, the food delicious and the kids meal came with ice cream! Very affordable too.

Food was really good. A small diner that is not much to look at. I always wonder why businesses don't keep on their inside and outside appearance and only rely on regulars to keep them employed. Service good.
