Hyatt House Philadelphia/King Of Prussia

Great stay! Our 1st time here, for one night, but we will be back to this property in the summer. Manager Amis and staff Lori provided outstsnding customer service by patiently answering all our questions, giving great advice, and being most responsive. Mike was also friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, with comfortable beds, excellent shower (hot water with high pressure), and the kitchen had everything we could need. Breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Location is perfect near King of Prussia mall, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Stayed here twice. Comfortable, clean accomodations, convenient location. Will likely stay again in the future!

Staying at the Hyatt was a very good experience. The only things I feel I need to point out are that when you were going to the Hyatt, be very careful because your turn to it/melting pot is easily missable and the process of getting back to it a second time is somewhere annoying.

The room I stayed in was a king size bed and they have everything from a stove, to microwave, sink, and refrigerator. It looked amazing, however the outlets were very difficult for plugging things into. There were no USB slots anywhere, not even on the large TV near the bed. The microwave buttons did not have any working buttons except "add 30 seconds".

The concierge desk has great employees. Knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and motivated were some words that came with my interactions at the front desk.

The price/taxes were almost $50 in addition to the increased price I had to pay which I'm in no way used to

The weekend bartender is nasty.the breakfast was basic and could have been better.other than that, we had a nice stay.

Okay, I'm leaving a 4 put of 5 because I can't tell if this is my fault or not, but when I was in the nice room, it was amazing but when I went it I would start to sneez and my nose would run like crazy. I am not sure what I was allergic to or something, but something was in there that my body said NOPE, too. I'm thinking it's mold hidden somewhere, but I didn't see anything bad when I had to sleep.
I couldn't sleep. I only slept for two the rest of the time I was dying. Not literally but constantly blowing my nose and choking if I laid down with my own boogies. It's gross, yes, but people who are allergic to something in the air, we suffer this. So again, this place looked great, but something was hidden.

My go to place when staying near KOP. It's close to restaurants and right outside the mall. Rooms are modern & comfortable. Equally good for a short or extended stay. The staff is friendly and checking in/out is always fast & easy.

Hot tub is closed and is apparently going up be closed for a while, so if you're booking a stay here in hopes of using the hot tub be warned!

Very nice stay! Friendly staff and great amenities. Nice breakfast set up and comfy beds. Would stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Courtney at the front desk as extremely helpful and catered to our every need. Highly recommend this hotel for its lovely staff and stellar service.

Excellent hotel and staff encountered during our stay. Room well maintained. Clean spacious hallways. Parking was plentiful. Close proximity to shopping and dining as well as grocery and gas.

Nice property but the staff are subpar. At check in, the gentleman refused to answer questions and when he did, he was so rude. Rooms were clean and the downstairs and lobby area had lots of outdoor seating and space to lounge. Easy access to the highway. Hyatt has gone way down with their service. I have been really disappointed by their poorly trained staff and lack of professionalism. How the mighty have fallen.

We just stayed here for 3 days, this past week, for a wedding. The staff is friendly, very accommodating and you can’t beat the location. The King of Prussia Mall is directly across the street! You should go! (If you are handicapped, you might want to park in Orange, 2nd level.) When you walk in this entrance you immediately see Tiffany and Co, Cartier, Hermes and Louis Vuitton. My daughter went to the office, across from Sephora and got me a mobility scooter. They loan them for free and it was fully charged allowing me to shop at a mall for the first time in 10 years! We tried to buy perfume at Dolce and Gabbana but they wouldn’t let us in. We laughed and went to Nordstrom’s and bought it instead. (Their scooters are available until 4: 45 so go early, there are so many stores!)
Back to the hotel, being handicapped, the room at the hotel was great. The shower was safe with a sturdy and comfortable seat. The bed was a little low for me but a lot better than being too high. Would have loved a full sized refrigerator in our room but we made do with the one we had. We went to eat at Bahama Breeze which 2 minutes away. Everything was delicious! We also had 2 small dogs with us and there is plenty of grass for them nearby. Also I noticed there was adequate parking for all.

Bed and sheets are comfortable. Do your utmost to request a room that faces away from the highway, otherwise you will hear pretty consistent truck noise throughout the night. WiFi in the room was poor, but strong in the common areas.

Like, he is so incredible, I would consider staying at this hotel again…or at least close enough that I could come and see him again. He is outstanding! What a GEM of a person!

I wanted to love this hotel but there were a few issues (that could be rectified) to make this 5 stars.

Pros:

1. Great location next to the king of prussia mall and restaurants.
2. Large rooms.
3. Pool was nice.

Cons:
1. Room was not clean and it was so hard to get house keeping. In fact we had to stop by the front desk to ask for cleaning and they still missed us.
2. Internet speed / latency was horrible.
3. Hot tub was closed.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hyatt House in King of Prussia. The lights are controlled by inserting your room card at the entrance to the room. I’ve seen this system used before, and it serves to avoid unnecessary electricity use when you leave your room. Nice idea! Room was exceptionally clean and well appointed.

Traveling for business. This place is seriously no bueno. Needs a serious revamp and an entirely new staff. I’m easy to please and this was well below low expectations. Walls = paper thin.

Although, home of the single worst and most miserable bartender to grace a bar in the lower 48. Shoutout to my man Kevin! You are honestly terrible at your job and terrible to people. Yay!

Wonderful and friendly staff that gave me the smoothest check-in experience I have ever had. The room was clean and well stocked, and the breakfast provided was great. Definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, friendly, close to everything.
Staff is super helpful! Lori helped us to get connecting rooms since we are traveling with our two young daughters and two dogs! Would definitely stay here again!

Love this place. Every time I go with my family, we somehow get the same room but that’s funny. Place is clean, quiet &’ close to the mall and food spots which is very convenient.
