4The hotel itself was very nice. Everything was clean. Our room was nice, the bed comfy. Nice amenities in the bathroom. The pool didn't have many chairs. Towels were few. Pool was a bit cold. We always use the fitness center when we travel. The fitness center was one the small side but had free weights. It was, however, 86 degrees. The Thermostat was set at 68, so something was obviously wrong. I mentioned it to one of the workers and he commented it was too late to have anyone look at it. I don't think it was fixed while we were there. The breakfast was small. They had premade scrambled eggs, Tiny sausages, decent potatoes, no bread for toast just bagels. They had yogurt. For these reasons we would probably stay elsewhere next time we're in the area.

We were visiting friends and stayed here for four nights. I will never stay at this hotel again. Staff unhelpful and confused, hot water was erratic, breakfast tasteless, and pillows were strange lumpy squares. Not big enough. We could not get the AAA rate discount because staff said their rate fluctuated based on occupancy, so it would cost us more.
Rooms clean with noisy air-conditioning. Worst service ever when trying to leave our luggage til check in. Was told they don't have a luggage room. The only hotel in the world without this service. Overall pretend to be more than they are
