As a woman, I’ve been disrespected when I went to other dealers, but Jean showed me respect, explained the whole car buying process to me, and made sure I was paying the right price for my 2022 Hyundai Kona SEL which ultimately earned him the sale. Sussman Hyundai will not honor extended warranty, Purchased vehicle there, had a problem, they tried to fix it and failed, went back and was told "there is nothing we can do for you" take it to another dealer. I contacted manufacturer and have a incident # am now in the process of hiring a lawyer!

They serviced my car under the factory warranty with an issue with the VCM which was replaced and an update to my ECM.

Waiting room was about average. They had coffee available there. There's free WiFi without any password so I was able to get some work done while waiting.

Parking there is horrendously crowded with narrow passages to get by with careful driving.

I don't think I'll ever do business with a Sussman entity based on the unwelcoming "greetings" I've gotten the last two times I've come here. I've been trying to get an oil change on my wife's 2020 Santa Fe. First time, I was told to come back after a whole year has elapsed or we hit 7,500. This time, I was told the system doesn't show our car as qualifying for it because the warranty was activated in 2019. That's not a Sussman issue, that's a Fred Beans issue I will have to address.

I'm glad that a local business is doing well enough to expand their footprint, but I'd rather drive 2x further than to have to deal with their service department who still have narrow potentially dangerous entryway, and service reps who look at you like you're another PITA to deal with.

The root of the problem with my displeasure may be with Hyundai corporate and/or Fred Bean's lying to our faces, but start to finish, the interaction was less than welcoming. I'm not asking to be glad handed and given a fake flashy smile. But don't treat me like I'm a chump that was born yesterday, or cannot understand English. Everything screamed I don't want to be here on everyone's end, including mine by the end of my trip there.

The Sales Division may be great. But the Service Dept.is THE WORST! They are always unavailable to perform needed services, have no customer service etiquette, and don't help customers to resolve their issues. On top of that, the last time I had service performed they lost my keys, blamed it on me, incurred 2 extra days (for a 1 day job) without my vehicle, never offered an apology for the inconvenience or error (they found my keys), and was not even offered a discount for their error. Previously purchased 2 cars from Sussman. Never again! You've lost a repeat customer. Buyer beware: go where you and your money are appreciated. Not Sussman Hyundai.

GM, Meg Griffiths and Salesman Jae Park were amazing. They were profession, helpful and easy to work with. My husband and I purchased a '22 Palisade and it came with A LOT of technical/electronic options. Which was exciting, yet a little intimidating at the same time. Jae was amazing at walking us through each detail of the vehicle. His knowledge and patience was so appreciated. Easily was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!

Do NOT buy a car from this dealship. My Hyundai Tucson was purchased in 2015 and is still under 50,000 miles. I've had issues for the past year with my oil burning very quickly- something the service department said is an on-going situation, after MANY visits (at least 5) we THOUGHT the issue was fixed until our car broke down in the PA Turnpike leaving us stranded. We had it towed to the dealer where we were told it's not THEIR problem, it's OUR problem. They can't look at the car till DECEMBER and won't give us a rental car- wouldn't help find another dealer to look at the car. Not only are we still under warranty BUT we bought the EXTENDED warranty and they will NOT HELP US! I've NEVER experienced such AWFUL service. Once again, DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! I had to give at least one start but they don't even deserve 1 star.

First time shopping at a Sussman location and possibly my last. I purchased a used 2018 Hyundai Sonata in early June. At the time of purchase, I knew that tires were needed but they were not willing put them on. The sad part is after a month tires were desperately needed and after another month a full 2 sets of brakes were needed. I have purchased several used cars before and never have I needed a full set of tires or a full set of brakes 1-2 months after the vehicle was purchased. The car otherwise seems like a good purchase. However, taking care of their customers upfront does not seem to be their strong suit.

I have always been very happy with the work performed by Sussman's service department and the work that was recently done on my Santa Fe certainly continues that feeling.

Disappointed with the service department here. My family has been coming to this dealership for years but I will never buy a Hyundai again nor will I bring a car for service here. In the past month my Elantra has sporadically stalled out on major highways. I can slam on the gas all I want and I don’t move. I originally brought it to a mechanic who found metal shavings covering the sensors which was believed to be from the engine. He advised that the problem with car was either electronic or engine related and that I bring it to the dealership for specialized review. Hyundai looked at the car and advised nothing was wrong with it, we asked that they look further into it as it’s becoming a safety concern to drive. After a week with no feedback we called they advised we “needed to get the car off their lot” and that there was nothing wrong and it’s not their problem. I don’t believe they looked into this car at all, and I believe if we hadn’t called they likely would’ve forgotten that the car was there. Really thankful that Fred Beans in langhorne took our concern seriously. Should have gone to them originally. But I strongly suggest if you have a serious problem with your car that needs to be evaluated you take your car to a dealership other than sussmans.

Service department needs a lot of work with both professionalism and organization. I came in with my new sonata because the engine light turned on. They scanned it knew there was a problem but turned my light off and told me if it comes on again to come back in. Highly don’t recommend this place.

An exceptional experience! I felt like my time was valued and was treated with great respect. From the Receptionist, to the Salesman, the whole experience and services offered was excellent. This was unlike any other dealership I had visited in the weeks prior.

Had to bring my car for a check up due to recall. Made an appointment, was seen two weeks later in under an hour. Service was quick and courteous. The AC in the waiting room was nice. Was on my way before I knew it. Very busy service, I know they're short staffed right now, but they did great. So just plan appointments ahead of time and you'll be golden.

Great service and staff members. Explained what i wanted and did better than my own lender in meeting my needs. My sales representative Chris was very friendly and down to earth and most importantly took time to listen to what I wanted to do. He made my family and I feel relaxed and made the buying process easy. I purchased a New venue and was satisfied with the price and deal i got.

I came in explaining that my car would start at random times when it chose not to, I explained that I had a power train warranty, and immediately the guy on the phone caught an attitude explaining to me that the issue may not be the warranty, I said yes I understand that I'm just saying, and they charged me 175 for a Knock sensor update? And they completed a recall (supposedly because now my car still doesn't want to start except now I'm stranded in front of someone house because my car doesn't want to start after this Hyundai dealership told me my Hyundai was fine and charged 175, and no my car WONT START NO matter how much a press the gas pedal. Don't know if I can trust coming back here again this is ridiculous.
