I-81 South Rest Stop - Grantville PA

It was very clean. It had several restrooms. It had different vending machines for snacks and drinks.

Get out of car stretch, bathroom break and on the road again. Typical Pennsylvania rest stop you know things not working.

It's a basic rest area to use a toilet, get out & stretch, picnic tables and a place to walk a pet.

If you need to pee and you're in the area I guess I would recommend doing it here. I'm not sure why they would want or need reviews. If you are looking at rest area reviews while planning your restroom break I kind of think you should put your phone down and just drive. If you're looking at rest area reviews as a trip planning activity you may have OCD. Just pee here if you need to it's completely suited to fill all of your peeing needs.

Easy access off the interstate. Super clean facility and grounds. Dog friendly, please clean up after your pets! Snack machines are available too.

It's a regular rest area, with restrooms and vending machines. The rest area though kept saying no pets, but we brought our pet out anyway.

Good place for a nap, or just rest up, get out & stretch, relieve yourself, & if you brought Fido, let it get out & stretch 4 legs.

I appreciate rest areas that have counter tops in the bathroom to be able to set things on.

Very clean rest stop with lots of nice vending options. The family restroom has a changing table and toddler safety seat and it was clean. Also has a water bottle refill station. Handicap parking but no automatic doors.

Has vending machine, restrooms and water fountains. Also picknick tables outside. Clean with easy access.

As far as rest areas go this is about as good as you get! Clean and plenty of room to pull your trailer in and out

The bathrooms and walking areas are very clean. But the vending machines are not well stocked and the credit card readers rarely work. A standard, non-refrigerated machine had lunchables which clearly state on the package "keep refrigerated". I am at this rest stop at least once a week. If they can get a more competent vending company I will rate 5 stars.

My wife fell walking the dog. The grassy area has hidden chuck holes that make the footing very dangerous.beware!

Bathrooms were not the cleanest, but if you need to stop it provides you with what you need.

It seems that it was trash changing time, though I did not see anyone actually working. There were numerous filled trash bags all lined up in the front, which wasn't pleasant, but at least it shows they're trying to keep up with the place. Some vending machines are out of order. The bathrooms seemed clean and did have soap in the dispensers. There's ample parking and areas to walk dogs as well.

Simple rest stop that does its job. Bathrooms and vending machines. Taste from water fountain tastes horrible.
