The staff at I Deal Cars were very polite and extremely helpful, this is the third time I’ve bought a vehicle from them and it’s always a great experience going and working with them!

Avoid at all cost! Sold me a lemon and doesn’t even care. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Sales team are very rude and dont care about you just care about numbers. Spend your time anywhere else.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought a car in august 2022, didn’t even get 5000 miles on it and the engine blew up. I spent $2500 on a warranty for it and even with the warranty it’s going to cost over $5000 out of pocket in repairs. I called several times to speak with the business owner about it and got the run around from the person who answered the phone. I’ve been without a car for since November and here it is almost May because parts are hard to get right now. So I had a drivable car for 3 months and the car has been in the shop for 5 months now with no end in sight as they’re waiting on the rest of the engine to come in. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

Was a Good time, I was able to get in and take my time with car. Dealer Joey was patient and clear with me. I enjoy my purchase and will be looking at I-deal cars for another in future for sure.

Great experience! Justin helped me get into the truck I was looking for. He and the rest of the team were very honest and knowledgeable answering my many questions about the vehicle. I was able to get the deal I was looking for and would certainly recommend these guys.

Bought a Subaru from them. Very friendly and accommodating sales team. The day I drove the car off the lot the head gasket blew. Thankfully I got a warranty. Had the car towed to the shop they use. Owner was extremely apologetic and assured me that the shop specialized in Subarus (smelled like bull to me). Anyways, they took care of it in about 2 weeks.

6 months later I ended up having to get basically the entire front end of the car replaced, on top of that the head gasket blew up again just 2 weeks after that, which leads me to believe their “Subaru specialists “ simply threw a band aid on it to get it past the warranty date so they wouldn’t have to actually pay for the repairs. Cost me several thousand dollars.

Called the owner and asked him if he would honor the warranty and have them put a new head in since you can only machine it so much. Basically told me to pound sand. Was actually very rude and disrespectful towards me and was overtly angry towards me. Have had nothing but problems with this car and personally have a hard time believing that the head gasket just so happened to go the day I signed the papers. Car also has mystery issues that come and go that even an actual Subaru dealership cannot figure out. I would avoid this dealer like the plague.

Absolute awesome experience with these gentlemen running the show at this dealership. Very kind and no BS whatever. Was in and out in an hour. They didn't try overselling the vehicle I went to purchase. Was strait up and fair market value as well. I drove 4+ hours to get there and was not disappointed when I made it. I also had a few kids with me and they all came in, they had a few toys there and made them comfortable while paperwork was being done. Awesome experience

Found the car I was looking for online and went to see it in person. The guy that helped us said how much he loved the car, and how he put 400 miles on it and almost bought it himself.which is exactly what he told a friend of mine who was going to buy a completely different car.

We were told everything about the car was serviced and taken care of, which was far from true. My axle snapped, the exhaust is hanging by a hose clamp and the exhaust manifold, the struts are blown, the interior has mildew between the seats, and even the simplest thing like the oil change light was on.

None of these problems were mentioned or brought to our attention until about 500 miles after the car left the lot and was in my name. And they've refused to give us a call back or compensate the damage in any way.

Do NOT buy a car from here unless you know what you're looking at, and make sure you give the ENTIRE vehicle a good inspection before you consider taking it off the lot. Or don't. Find a better deal somewhere else that you can actually trust.
