6A friend and I placed an order about 4 weeks ago and never received a confirmation of the shipment or status of our order. We only received the PayPal payment confirmation. We reached out via email, phone, and instagram but the problem was unfortunately never solved. We now have to dispute the charges which is extremely frustrating and unfair. I will never trust this bookstore nor recommend it to anyone. You’re better off ordering from Authentic Statements.
