iCare Urgent Care, Johnstown PA

Absolutely too notch. Took my 94 year old mother to the ICare on menoher blvd and could not have been treated any better. The PA was very kind and also very thorough with my mom, explaining everything so she could understand and she was so happy to get such good care. The staff was also very attentive to my mom.
We highly recommend this ICare!

There is a shortage of workers all around. Be patient because the care at iCare is great.thank you for your service and kindness.

I had an emergency where I had a deep cut on my finger which I knew immediately that I would need stitches. Being from out of state, this urgent care was the closest to me.

I was uncertain as to what to expect, but Dr. Zajdel was extremely compassionate, caring, and professional throughout my treatment. I was AMAZED by this outstanding doctor and the entire staff! Johnstown should feel blessed by having this physician.

Dr Zajdel is a compassionate doctor who cares for his patients. The staff at both offices are very kind and have very good bedside manner. I am a current patient of Dr Zajdel. He was my Dr 3-4 years ago. I moved and returned to the area, and he is still practicing.

Very professional, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was able to complete everything I needed right there.

Dr. Zadjel is my family doctor, and he is amazing. Not to mention all of the AMAZING nurses who are considerate and companionate. The nurses really do care about each patient. They take their time and do everything in their power to make sure you are taken care of! Best doctor and the absolute BEST nurses I have ever dealt with!

I was not feeling well today. I was seen by Corinne and Sara Greenwood. They were kind and the service was quick.

I was treated at the Richland I care today and met some of the nicest people. I am new to Johnstown area and they made me feel very comfortable. My PA Becca was very informative and explained the medication I needed to take thoroughly. What I liked most of all was the time everyone took with me and the cleanliness of the facility. Ii will not hesitate to return there when I need care again.

Icare is the best! My family and I always receive the best care from the staff from start to finish. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. And they even follow up after our appointments to see how we’re doing. They’ve treated my husband, myself, and my young children and they’re always great with the kids (even with scary things like shots and stitches)

Super convenient for all healthcare! I have icare as my pcp and they are so helpful and cooperative. The providers are always great, and dr. Greenwood is so a-maz-ing!

Showed up at 6: 30pm. Greeted with a smile and was taken right back. PAC Sara Greenwood was very personable and listened to my symptoms. Did testing, was given a diagnosis all within an hour. I won't go anywhere else for urgent care.

I had an exceptionally great experience with PA Sarah Greenwood last Wednesday February 15th at the 100 Susan Drive Johnstown Pa 15905 location. I felt very comfortable and had full confidence that she would take good care of me. The entire staff from the admission to xray and in between was phenomenal. I had a question later that evening, and called the facility. I was quite impressed when Annie said I will transfer you to Sarah, and she will answer your questions. She answered all my questions and concerns without rushing me. Sarah’s confidence in herself showed every step of the way. She told me what she was doing as she removed the glass from my finger. The facility was top notch, very clean and organized.
