The boba tasted sour and spoiled and they put too much ice (50% ice). And 5 bucks for that? Rip off, I want a refund.

The boba tasted sour and is most definitely spoiled. It’s half filled with ice when I clearly asked for less ice. Our boba came so quick that I suspect it’s been sitting in their freezer for ages. Five bucks for that? Not worth it. I can still taste the sourness in my mouth. They used to be good.

Cool idea and good prices. But if the place is busy, it takes forever to get your order since each cup is done by hand. They need more cold stones in order to mitigate busy times.

Says they are hiring outside, and when you ask them about it, they say they are not hiring

I love coming to Ice Moon. They have a nice variety of flavors to choose from and are a clean establishment. The staff are friendly as well. I also love the fact that they are located in the heart of Northeast Philly.

I always have a great time here. It can get busy here in the summer so make sure to order either online or call another thing is that it can take up to 30 min during summer time so that is another good reason to call.

Price is good. Definitely a lot more cheaper than most rolled ice cream place. Nothing too special

Such a nice place. Very affordable, very clean, plenty of seating to eat there, nice and friendly staff. They have a nice variety of things on their menu, our group all got different items and everyone left happy. We will be going back for sure.

My son took my 2 grandaughters to get 2 boba drinks. Both got jasmine milk tea's, with black boba. The bill came to $9.14 for both. Its located nearby at Cottman/ Frkd aves. They really enjoyed their special drinks. Try it out

This place was very busy all night. 20-30 min wait for our ice cream rolls and people just kept coming in. Have to say it’s very decently priced over here and it was pretty good. You know for sure it’s so fresh. The guys who were making the ice creams rolls were just nonstop. They have bubble teas here too but didn’t get to try. Would like to come back again.

Great Great Great service. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing for my husband and they changed it for me! Ice cream is absolutely delicious and the shake was good too! Definitely best ice cream place in the north east!

I got their rolled ice cream and ot was very delicious, they had lots of options for very creative flavors
